Theresa was very knowledgeable and professional.She walked me Thur it step by step when I got side swiped .They were awesome and I will be sending people their way.My car looks great and they washed and cleaned it.They are Good people that do good work.You want no worries then u need these guys!Oh, by the way Theresa needs a raise . I got a flat tire just down the road from here I put on the spare and by the time I was passing by Blaine Auto Body the spare went flat on me I turned around and lived it back into the parking lot on the rim. I didnt know if theyd be able to help me because theyre not a body shop so they dont have a tire machine or the setup for changing tires but they were very gracious and kind and stopped what they were doing to stop and help me fix my tire... I appreciated their kindness a lot and will not soon be forgotten and I would recommend anybody that enjoys being treated with respect and kindness when having their vehicle worked on to have it brought to Blaine Auto Body!

I was involved in an accident just before Christmas where a vehicle T-Boned my Jeep. I took it to Blaine Auto Body because it was the closest to my house. Honestly, I am so happy I did. My Jeep took a little longer than expected to be repaired but their office was constantly calling me with updates. When I finally got it back, it looked amazing! They did a fantastic job on the outside, not to mention, the detail on the inside made my Jeep feel brand new again! Thank you Blaine Auto Body! I am very impressed!

So I take my car to blaine auto body and the other party in accident did too (I am related to the other party involved in car accident)But for mine I brought it in on a Tuesday never got updates on car had to call themWhen I was there I asked them when the vehicles will be ready they said Friday so I was ok with that but then I called a day before that to see what was going on due to I live in apartment and they give me temporary parking pass so they needed to know so they said Monday or Tuesday so I think I got it back Monday and they told me they could not match my color and so I went to my insurance and talked to themI found out my stripe was not the same one older then the otherNever got told that I had mudd flapps that where on back orderI had 2 rental vehicles from hertz (hertz is fine) the first one fine but when I return the second rental car to blaine Auto like hertz told me too hertz never got a call from blaine auto body saying they could pick up the rental because hertz had to call and make sure I return it to blaine auto bodyThe second car involved:This one was the worstThe paint does not matchThere is rock chips that where not there prior to accidentThey never called the second car owners to tell them there car was readyPlus they did not have rentalPlus both cars involved have toddlers so it’s hard not to have a carWill never go there again the worst experience ever and it’s right around the corner from my parents house walking distance

Brought my junky car in for repairs after a collision. The guy thought we was doing me a favor by quoting it low so that it wouldnt get totalled. Basically I got a cheap repair job for a car thats not even worth the work they put into it. The worse part is they replaced my brand new tires I got a month before with used tires.

Got my car back, looks good.
