Luis was absolutely wonderful! He came to our home when other repair companies were multiple days out and he was so helpful! He explained exactly what he was doing and what the problem was and helped us make the best decision on how we could move forward. I’m so grateful for his help!

Called them 10am on a Thursday. They did not call back. I called them the following Wednesday (6 days later). They answered. When I asked about their availability to come look at my washing machine, they asked me about the washer. They asked what was going on? I explained. The person on the phone proceed to tell me that the washer was not repairable and that I needed a new washer. I felt like they did not care and brushed me aside. Not Cool.

Luis came and diagnosed my dryer problem for $65. The part wasnt available in the cities, so he helped me order it on Amazon. He offered to show me how to install the part myself, so I could avoid his $85 labor cost when the part arrived. He also said I may want to get a new dryer since the part was so expensive. Very pleasant experience. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again. I highly recommend him!

I called them to figure out what was wrong with my oven that is brand new and came with the house I live in now. He picked up the phone right away and scheduled a time for the next Monday. He showed up that day and took a look at my oven for a while trying to figure out what was wrong. Eventually he told me that the oven is not getting any voltage to the gas line but the stove top is fine and that I should call the manufacturer. He charged me nothing and was incredibly professional and kind. I would call them again for my appliance needs.

Got my dryer fixed with OnTime. Someone came to do the diagnostic and then came back a different time to fix a pulley. The total cost was less than what some places charge just for the diagnostic. Very affordable and my dryer now works well. Thank you

I called nearly 10 places today to get someone to come out and look at my fridge. They either didnt call me back, didnt have space on the schedule for over a week, or wanted $199 just to come out. Luis answered my call immediately and squished me in today (even though we were thinking it may have to be Monday). He was EXTREMELY responsive and kind. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem in 45 seconds. He offered to replace with with a genuine GE part but that was much more expensive and on backorder. I agreed to the generic part. He replaced the relay in just a few minutes. The cherry on top? His total charge was less than what the others wanted just to show up. I hope I dont need him again, but if I do, hell be my first call. I took extra cards to give to friends. He was that great

Very fast!!!! I called around 12:30pm, he was going to be in the area and showed up at 1pm to come look my at my leaky dishwasher. He found two leaks but needed to go buy replacement parts along with service his normal schedule. He called me with the estimate for the part and also came back around 6pm to finish the repair. Hes very quick and knowledgable, will use him again.

OnTime Appliance is absolutely wonderful! I have used him before for fixing my oven door and he was very quick and honest! Today my boyfriend and I called him for a last minute quick service on our garbage disposal. He saved us money by telling us to buy a garbage disposal ourselves and he came in and placed it within the hour phone call. Very professional and honest! Very reasonable and honest! Thank you!!

Unbelievable!!Showed up on time, very professional. He was also personable which was nice. Pricing was what I expected. No surprises. I really respected that he talked me through the whole process. At the end of our service he gave me suggestions on what to do or not do with our appliances. 100% handsdown suggest using this company!!!

Excellent service from Luis! Our dryer was down and he came to remove the part that was defective, then returned the next evening to replace it. He literally had to take our dryer apart to do a proper repair, but now it works very well. The worst experience I’ve had with a local appliance repair. I though their deal of waiving the travel fee ($65) if they decide to fix it was a good deal. I quickly found out that instead it’s all part of their scam. Came to my house to look at the washer then refused to fix it. He said he was late for another appointment and I should probably just buy a new washer. I was confused on how he made this assessment as he spent probably a total of 2 minutes looking at my washer. I told him to please give us a price and we’re willing to pay since we were in dire need to get our washer fixed. He initially said $200 but when he saw we were willing to pay that price added another $600 for a new problem he found.” Extremely unprofessional and rude. Didn’t give us a receipt when we wrote the $65 check for the travel fee.
