This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. First, he didn’t have the 15 ft truck I’d reserved so he up-charged me into one two sizes larger and didn’t honor the original price, although it was his fault. What’s worse, is that he swiped my card and THEN informed me that my total was $217, over $100 more than what I’d ordered. Then, as if he hadn’t made enough extra money, he charged us for fuel although we returned it right at 1/4. This charge was $45 and totaled an extra $128. That’s over $350 when my original order was about $100. I spoke to customer service and they said he was wrong, but then William Lewis me that it was his word against mine and that I’d have to pay it, although they didn’t take any pictures. Steer clear of this location, and U-Haul in this region for that matter, unless you want to buy a car with a rolled back odometer or have $400 to burn for a 4 hour in-town move. If you really need one, go across the street.
Truck rental for an in-town move went so smoothly. Mitchell was very friendly, courteous, and efficient too - checking in and out was super quick. And u-haul has much better rates for in-town moves than anyone else I could find. Definitely recommend this location.

Returned the uhaul after hours and made sure to fill the tank to where it needed to be. Somehow I got charged $38 for not filing it correctly. I have bank records showing I got gas just minutes before. Also when we got the uhaul to pick up it wasn’t where it should have been. But we filled it to where it was anyways. I called the uhaul customer service number and was told it was an ERROR and he has no idea why I was charged and it was a mistake on the properties part. I shouldn’t be charged because people don’t know how to do their job.
This place is the same as Dominion Land & Auction Company...Had a U-Haul reservation, showed up at the time on the reservation and ... all doors locked and this helpful back in an hour sign on the door. We waited a while, but who knows how long the sign was up? We called the national number and were changed to a different pickup place. It cost us well over an hour of wasted time. If you have a U-Haul reservation at a specific time, go ahead and stick around, keep those doors unlocked and honor all of those Open signs.

The staff working there very knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to really know that job very thoroughly and their attitude and helpfulness was simply fantastic!Ive been to several U-Haul stores in the past years and this is one of the better ones Ive have to say it is very clean and very organized.I would not hesitate to recommend to you to use this company for renting trucks trailers and other equipment.It is a lot easier if you go online and create an account to make your reservations in advance. Their online service is very easy to setup and use.
I just had the most insane customer service experience: I rented a uhaul pickup online and went to this location today to pick it up. I arrived around 12:15, not realizing that they closed at noon. As I went to leave a guy came out and asked if he could help me. I asked him if he would complete my rental and he said no, they closed at noon. I said what kind of place closes at noon on a Saturday? He got really angry then, cussed at me, and threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing. It was insane. I will never patronize this business and nobody else should either.
I had the worst experience in moving because of this company! I reserved a truck with 24/7 service for mobile pick up on Sunday. I come to the place and it says mobile pick up is not available at this location. Wait for the office to open on Monday! Thank you! While I asked them personally and confirmed that I could pick up on Sunday. Then there is a phone number on the office door for emergency call. I called them. The guy says who do u want to talk with? I say the u haul office provided this number on the door. He says u haul is closed. It opens Monday! So why do u even put this number on your office door of you dont want to answer?? Very irresponsible. Disappointed with u haul. There are much better companies out there.
Great Uhaul experience. Reserved online. Van was ready to go when we arrived, no issues whatsoever. Return was easy and quick. Thank you!
Its a small one man show so you might have to exercise some patience but he is very friendly and helpful !!!
The trucks shutter was blocked n we had to strive for about an hour to get it closed.

They cancelled my storage reservation after I already made it. Now they are telling me to drive 45mins to an 1hr to move my stuff in another facility, mind you I will be driving a very large vehicle. Absolutely, bogus.

Said that the truck should be ready to be picked up at 12:15 I came in at 12:20 and they said that the truck was rented to someone else. The lady working was very Rude. Would not recommend renting your truck from here
