I have been using this office for last 10 years. Every year I have new tax agent which is not comfortable feeling however your computer program run through the tax form nicely. Have no issue with tax filing.

They helped us when Jackson Hewitt refused too they’re we’re friendly and super nice and helpful! I’ll defin be back next year to file my taxes with hr! Thanks guys for making my tax experience so much better!

Trust, familiarity, etc. Ive been getting services from H&R for many years now. John Rudd has done my taxes for the 3rd year and I trust his judgment ... he provides informed recommendations and is also quite personable.

The low score is due to the cost it took to get my taxes done. I read that it was a minimum of $55, thinking maybe itd be as high as $100, but was unaware of the massive influx of the price by the end of filing my taxes. It cost more to do my taxes than the tax return I had received.

Always have filed with them since I was 18.
