Great place, the man who works there Darrell on Saturday hes extremely helpful. I had a prepaid label which he had to print for me.He let me know i had just missed the driver so it would go out on Monday. I also think its great that the owner has an amputee working there. Five stars!!!

I love these folks! I had to ship a package internationally overnight by UPS and created the shipping label at home but didnt realize I needed to bring in 3 copies of some customs paperwork too. I needed the package to go out that day and didnt have time to drive home to get the papers so the owner coached me through logging into the UPS website on my phone, downloading the forms, emailing them to her, and then she printed them out on her personal business printer! I couldnt believe how patient and helpful she was. I tried to pay her for her trouble and she refused. She saved the day for sure! Ive had many other positive experiences here too.

Will never use this location again. I dropped off a package that HAD to make it to its location on time. They held it to the next day day so it missed arriving at its location by 24 very essential hours.

Very Nice People I called to many place to pickup and ship for me to out of state everyone they refuse me but this store accept my package and promise me to ship. The owner is very friendly Nice person they deserve 5 star review that why I leave them good review.

Went to drop off a package and when I did I asked for a receipt. The woman that was working stated that I did not need one because it has the tracking number and I could take a picture of the tracking number. I explained to her that a receipt is my proof that I dropped it off. She then starts auguring with me that I dont need a receipt. What she fails to understand is that when you sell on eBay this is proof that the package was actually drooped off at a post office etc. It helps me if there is a claim that my buyer does not receive the package. I finally said I need a receipt she then tosses one at the counter. I have never had such rude service. I usually dont write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. I will go to the shipping business in Radford before I set foot in that store again.

Super duper helpful! Really patient and took time to explain me how the shipping process works. Also helped me get the dimension and weight of my package to estimate the shipping cost. I did clarify to her that I did not intend in shipping the same day but regardless she was very helpful and patient! Took time to explain me how pricing is done and when shipments are carried out. Really great customer service!

Ive been in here several times dropping off packages and very nice people. always making sure i have my tracking number. but awhile back there was a young guy working and he wasnt very polite or helpful at all. i know good help is hard to get now days. the guy who was there before was always very helpful.

This absolutely the best place to ship packages in Blacksburg or Christiansburg. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They also have a variety of different boxes to fit your packaging needs.

Kathy is incredible! I went in the other day expecting to pay a couple of fedex guys to wrap up my package for an exorbitant fee, but instead kathy gave me a free box and helped my wrap it herself in no time. She gave me some good pointers on how to wrap things too so the next time I prewrap something I will have a better idea on what to do.Cannot recommend this place enough, keep it local, keep it cool.

I had a large, old childhood toy that I needed to have shipped across the country. Easy Way did an absolutely fantastic job of boxing and packaging it so it arrived safely a few days later - better than I could have done myself. Unlike one of the other reviewers, the rate they charged me was the same as what I got when I checked the UPS website (plus the packaging materials that they used to pack everything, of course) - Id definitely recommend them.

This place truly has great customer service. I would recommend it to anyone and will be using it as my primary place to ship packages from now on.

Incredibly rude experience. My wife and I ship packages via UPS every month and know what we are doing. We attempted to ship from this store today and were refused service because the associate thought USPS would be cheaper. UPS, while often slightly more expensive, ships faster to the rural areas we ship to than USPS, and with perishable goods, this is important to us. I know the associate thought she was doing us a favor by saving us money, but we knew what we wanted and were point-blank refused service. So we had to pack up our goods and carry them back to the car with us.I would say do not use this business services, but apparently its not up to you or me whether we can or not. They will decide for you.

I can not say enough about the quality of service and just genuine niceness that you will find here. Too bad they cant pack that up and send it around. Excellent experience.

The lady who runs this place is an absolute evil and stuck up oppurtunist... whatever there CAN be to gripe about... She WILL gripe about... heaven forbid u have a motorcycle or moped versus a car... She will come chase you down to ask you why on earth you are taking up a WHOLE space for it... ummmm, probobly cause there are no 1/2 spaces, We also pay taxes, tags, & registration... just like the people with whole cars....GET OVER IT... NOBODY CARES😲 She also has roaches living in her piles of used cardboard... BEWARE
