Very reasonable for taxi service. He is honest if he cant do it cause he busy.

I was recommended this taxi service by my girlfriend; who has used his services in the past. The price was good and service is reliable. The driver showed up on time and got me to my destination early. Overall good experience.

When I called them to make the appointment they were very polite and scheduled me right away. The cab fare was much cheaper than anything else. I had to be at the airport by a little after 6 am so they were scheduled to pick me up at 5:30 am. The morning of, they did not show up. I called their office at least 4 times and nobody answered even though they say it’s 24-7 service. I texted their number and nobody replied. Eventually, I had to cancel and call city cab. Because of this, I almost missed my boarding.

I have used this taxi service half a dozen times since my recent move to Blacksburg. The driver is careful and experienced and is most patient with me and my appointments, some of which are cancelled at the last minute. I recommend this service to everyone. You will enjoy the ride!

Love this taxi service!! Courteous and Reliable services...I schedule transfers from school to train and back again. Very odd hours for the train but the taxi is always there for the pickup. I even pay ahead so no need for carrying excess cash when travelling..just the tip!

Id give a zero star if I could. Random number texted me at 11pm the night before my 3:30am reservations, woke me up, and then did not show up in the morning! I am so lucky that there was a Lyft running, otherwise I would have missed my flight. I never got a response from the random number, but it is the company number listed here, so.... Dont use their service if you need dependable and professional service.

Ive revised this review after getting a response from the cab service! I am staying 1mile from IHop! I called for a cab and was told a round trip is $20! I asked the driver why so high and he said IHop was 2miles so I used Google Map to get the precise distance and it is 1mile! Thats 10/mile! If thats not outrageous I dont know what is! The other time I was at Days inn and asked for a round trip to Cracker Barrel and he wanted $53. I checked Google map and the distance is 7.3 miles which comes to $3.63/mile which is still very expensive. Compare Dallas Texas the rates are around $2/mile or less. Also, in response to their response if your service had reasonable rates perhaps I wouldnt have been so quick to cancel! Looking bad as a person is very subjective, when youre the one taking my hard earned cash. I think Id rather complain and these reviews gives people like me a voice!

They arrived on time in a clean car that smelled good. the price was 3dollars cheaper and the driver was really kind and help me with my suite case. I think everyone should take this service

This company is completely sketch. Take a picture of your gas guage as I did so you have proof when they charge you 75$ extra as a false charge. Youll need it to recoup your money they steal from you. As a business owner these kinds of practices make me sick to my stomach. They were not even interested in opening a discussion regarding ghe charges. They did not even attempt to look up my account. Thats admitting guilt if Im not mistaken. STAY AWAY

Why if they close at 10 and it wasnt even 9 when I first tried to text I get told no they cant do it tonight this makes the second time this has happened one other time I had called them when I took my daughter to the er and they said to let them know when we was finished so I called and no one ever answered my daughter and I got stranded at the hospital as I tried everything to get her home and she cried in my lap I felt horrible as a mom because I couldnt get her home thank you pos text a cab

Never answer when I need a cab past 11pm, and the only option in christiansburg. Probably the worst cab service of all time when it comes to customer service and really wish I could rate 0 stars!
