Horrible customer service. We got a loan from this company and set up the auto payments on the first of the month (my wifes pay days). My wifes pay days changed from the 1st to the 20th every month. We didnt have money in our account (because wife doesnt get paid until the middle of the month now), so we called them up and told them our situation. They said that they cant extend or change the date at all. They told us that we could pay $109 and get back $167. That wasnt an option for us either. I think it is poor customer service to not have options for your customers. They are already struggling to have to come get a loan with a ridiculously high interest rate and then to not have options to help them out makes it worse. All I asked her to do was change the auto pay date. I dont even care if I had to pay a fee to do that, but it wasnt even an option. I wont be doing business with them once this loan is paid off.
