Not good nobody wants or nobody knows how to do a flat top hair cut.I think if you can say your a hair cutting place then should b able to have time and know how to cut a flat top

Just walked in only to be told that I must have called and cancelled my appointment because they took me off and rebooked it for someone else. I did not cancel and they told me to come back on Monday but I don’t live in Bismarck. Extremely unprofessional.

Really loved it. Hair cut was really good and I got a shave. The shave was a little different I got cut a couple of time no big deal I cut myself everytime. What I didnt like is even after being cut there was still some stubble left. I dont know if she got scared because it was by where I was cut or not. I still tipped her. She was young and still needs a little more experience with that razor.

Went in made an appointment for 3 hours later, went back at allotted time only for them to tell me they didnt have an appointment for me, one of the ladies that was there when I made the appointment was standing right there and she acted like she didnt know what i was talking about. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Have had such bad luck with @sports clips called mens hair house they actually checked me in over the phone. No stop in its an hour and 40 minute wait like sports clips..after I already checked in online. I will be taking my kids here from now on! Awesome!

The worst haircut of my life. I told her to take two inches off the back and trim the sides. She took little to nothing off the sides, chopped eight inches off the back of my head and it is completely uneven. You should pay me money for being a test dummy

Love this place! Its even better to interact with these ladies, theyre super fun and social. Makes the time just fly by! Always called ahead for appointments and never had to wait longer than my booking. I dont really have a solid idea of a certain hairstyle so I briefly describe what I want and let their creative freedom flow. I always feel better about my appearance when I leave. If youre looking for a cut, give em a shot! Its just hair, it grows back!

By far one of the worst hair cut facilities for a planned haircut. My brothers wedding was coming up and as a surprise, my mother scheduled two hair cuts/trims for the weekend before the wedding. We were assured we were put in and would be able to show up at 2:00 for it all. We showed up at 1:45 to be early, just in case, and thankfully we did. Our appointment was never actually recorded so we had to reschedule the trims for as soon as possible. Two and a half hours of waiting in their waiting area later, we were rushed through our hair cuts and chastised for their mistake. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.

This place used to be fantastic, good cuts, nice people. However, they have gone WAY down hill. Wait times are extremely too long (even if you make an appointment). Today, was the last straw. I had an appointment and I arrived literally 3 minutes late. The extremely rude lady working the front told me, since I was more than 5 minutes late, that I would have to wait 30 minutes. I explained that I wasnt more than five minutes and she just stared at me and didnt say a word. Terrible customer service. Such a shame, this place used to be great. Wont be back.

Called earlier in the day to see if they had any available appointments. I was informed that they are booked three days out. They asked me when I could schedule a time to come in. I told the lady that I was headed out on a business trip in a few days, and wouldnt have the time otherwise. She then told me that they black out time in the evenings for walk in appointments, and I could come in later this evening. I just walked in and they were not busy. I was told that they were booked solid.Bet these folks are paid by the hour.I will not be back.

Been going there for years. Been having some issues with haircuts for awhile but keep going back. After today, no more. They were running late, which was fine, but I was totally ignored and passed over. The employee was told to take me but she took someone after me. At this point I had been waiting over a half hour past my appointment time and just left. Haircuts getting worse and now poor customer service. Decided to find another place.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years, always make an appointment. If you are on time or even early for appointment you will sit in the lobby for 30+ minutes. Today I was 4 minutes late for the appointment. Asked me if I want to reschedule for the next day. Never coming here again.

I should have known better than coming back to this place. Its been hit or beyond miss on getting a good cut here. After today Ive finally had enough. Worst haircut Ive ever had.... Ever. Theres no consistency. depending on who cuts your hair, you could walk out with either a great or a terrible haircut. I even had a friend who went back in because they screwed his hair up and they made him pay full price again just to fix their mistake.

Ive gone to Mens Hair House for the last three years since I moved here. Just this weekend, I tried to call and set up an appointment for Saturday. I looked at their hours and saw theyre closed BOTH Saturday and Sunday. What good does closing on your potentially busiest day do? You lose money, and business...

To be fair, the first time I went here a girl named Samantha gave me probably the best haircut Ive ever had.However today I went in for the second time, waited an hour. This girl totally destroyed my hair then I asked her to just give me a buzzcut. She couldnt even do that. there were spots all over my head. I ended up having to grab the clippers from her and cut my own Damn hair in their mirror. I understand being new but its a freaking buzzcut. Really hard to mess up.In hindsight I shouldnt have even paid for the Damn haircut.

Went here for a few haircuts, decent value but scheduling has always been a pain. There are little if any appointments for the day of, rather you have to come in and wait. Also I made an appointment for Friday afternoon at 440 with my normal girl and called in today to see if we could bump it up and then was told that the schedule was wrong and my appointment needed to be rebooked. Now Im not the smartest man in the world but isnt an appointment a confirmation of a timely service or meeting agreed to by both parties? If I hadnt called I would have been sitting there waiting for... nothing.Wont go back on principal. Keep corporate out of our honest small state.

Ive been to all of the mens hair houses. This one lacks compared to the others. Mainly the quality of the hair cuts. Ive only found one of the girls at this location that I really like but trying to be one of her regulars is hit and miss. Overall, mens hair house is the best place to get a quality haircut.

Would be 5 stars for better looking staff. However the way i looked with my haircut afterwards, they looked pretty damn good!!

I have been going to Mens Hair House from the time it opened. Always get a good haircut from the other gals, but Tilla is the best, I will postpone a haircut untill I can get a appointment with her.

Some stylist arent very good and if your lil dude has nut allergies this is not the place for him.........peanuts every where. People r very friedly and clean atmosphere.
