Scott was exceptional!! I got in a car accident and he was the one to work on my car. Not only did he frequently call to give me updates along the way he was so nice. They did such a good job on my vehicle you can’t even tell it was in an accident. Definitely recommend this place and Scott! Thank you 😊

Waiting all summer for a headliner repair they botched up bad. Did not drive sports car all summer cuz their employers have meetings all day long I guess when they probably should be working. Just what I was told everytime I would call in. Will continue with a follow up.

Duanes is the best! Ive had my vehicles repaired with excellent satisfaction over the last 4 years with NO complaint . Always got me in immediately or according to MY schedule, vehicle was ready when promised, and even my farm truck....fixed AND CLEAN!! Everyone is super courteous, professional, and friendly! Wouldnt give an estimate before dropping off vehicle. Dropped vehicle off on Sunday night before leaving town, returning on Friday with a hopefully fixed vehicle. But didnt order parts until later, so vehicle sat in the shop waiting on parts for days with an estimated completion of the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 3 phone calls later initiated by us, the vehicle owners, they can get the vehicle back to us on Friday to use for a few days, while they still wait for a final piece to come in. Not particularly pleased with the customer service. Have taken vehicles there in years past with much better service!

This is a great body shop to go to. Had a deep scratch in my front bumper and you can’t even tell it was refinished! Great work done by Scott! Received my vehicle all cleanes up, inside and out. Great customer service! Highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service! Quality repairs! Newer vehicle with sizable damage, not only was the body work seamless but they made sure the damaged electronics were fixed properly and functioning like new. Worth the drive, highly recommend.

Had a fender bender in the rear quarter panel, they bid the job lower then what they should have. When I got it back, from across the road I could see the quarter was not right, upon closer inspection I could still see dye grinder marks in the paint along with streaks. Was a overspray on the rear window seal and my drivers window switch wasnt working correctly. I told them about it, they took it back. Fixed the window switch, got most the overspray off, got the dye grinder marks out, no streaks. Quarter panel still not right(obvious cress) Was sick of messing around, didnt go back and wont again. Abra did a car for me a few years back, front bumper. Fantastic work.
