My wife and I visited Dillards Steakhouse recently and the valets were over the top with their customer service. Both young gentleman were so polite and easy to talk to. They even helped us carry in trays of food for our party. Excellent job.

I worked for the Huntsville division for the summer and Corien has not paid me for the past two weeks. He hasn’t answered the phone or emails. I don’t recommend working for them they don’t pay on time and it’s a huge headache to get your money. They promised that you can make up too 200 in tips a weekend which unless your white that unlikely because most customers are older white peoples and tend to tip less or not tip at all for African Americans then what they would for other valets. Do not work for them they don’t care about you nor care about you make tip because it “complementary” but they are under contract with the restaurant’s and getting paid doubt your “hourly “ to be there.DONT WASTE YOUE TIME

I booked the valet service with Corian for an event I hosted. The valet attendants were completely unprepared and untrained. The contract promised to provide skilled attendants but most of the attendants for my event we’re teenagers and admitted that it was their first time doing valet. They hadn’t been trained and didn’t even know how to use the valet ticket system—even parked several cars without using claim tickets and misplaced guests keys—with no real leadership present. I called mid event to inform Corian of our dissatisfaction and explained how this created a huge headache for our guests. Corian promised to refund half the cost for the booking and has avoided calls, refused to respond to texts for almost 2 months. I would never recommend this service and will be reporting them.
