Marathon Staffing helped me during the most difficult time in my life. They gave me a job so I can continue to provide for my family and stay on top of things.

Waiting on staffing Marathon to call me to make appointment for orientation but never happened! I was calls them numerous time still unsuccessfully. Same old time been trying been patient with them still not call me back ever!!

Great people to work with pay is good no regrets I would recommend anyone who need a job to marathon staffing

When trying to schedule my interview they were rude and inpatient and kept trying to speak over me they tried to say I scheduled the job the 21 which was a lie cause I said next Tuesday and they said contact us back and now they dont have an open schedule when they scheduled my mom for next Tuesday get better recruiters cause I called 3 times and they had attitudes 1 was a male 2 were females they were rude and if you want to recruit someone dont be inpatient be welcoming

The ppl here are unreliable and out of date... i’ve been calling them once a week after putting in a job application back in january of 2020. after all those calls not a single person told me that i had orientation scheduled for the 25th of january. it would’ve been a lot easier to just email or text to keep things like this from happening. i hope anyone who applies here has better treatment than i did.

One of the worst temp services I ever worked for, too strict and too many rules. Lady threaten to write me up on my day off for dress code like who has a dress code to pick up a check. People in office are rude and nasty, they pay pretty decent so I was going to try to stick in there till I got hired full time but I dont think ill make it with all the rules.....

Its so bad there this is the worst place I ever had to staff with they are so lazy I didnt receive my money onmy card its so unprofessional the Worst ever

Marathon Staffing is a staffing company that no one should work for.Thkey skim money off off there recruits and refuse to work out in a polite manner when they make a mistake. They told me they sent out a check i never got. Please do work for this company

Sterilite racket. Racist hispanic staff. They ask stupid questions trying to talk down to people . They wouldnt. know a good candidate if they fell from the sky on their smuck heads. Stay away unless you are an illegal immigrant.

TEMP COORDINATOR FOR NIGHT SHIFT D LINDA IS RUDE AS HELL AND VERRRYY UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE SHOWS FAVORTISM AND TALKS TO TEMP EMPLOYEES ANY KIND OF WAY. SHE IS FAKE AS HELL AND TALKS ABOUT EVERYBODY. THE ONLY THING SHE DO ALL DAY IS STALK THE ONES SHE DONT LIKE AND THREATEN TO WRITE THEM UP ALL DAY. FLOOR PEOPLE JUST DO WHAT THE HELL THEY WANT AND GET AWAY WITH IT. THEY SLOW ASF AND VERY UNORGANIZED WHICH MAKES THE PEOPLE WHO IS WORKING ON THE MACHINES JOB ALOT HARDER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY RUN OUT OF BOXES AND HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEBODY BRING MORE . THEY TELL YOU TO RING THE BELL IN ORIENTATION FOR WHATEVER THERE IS YOU NEED BUT WHEN YOU DO IT TAKE 30 MINUTES FOR SOMEBODY TO COME AND SEE WHAT IT IS YOU NEED . DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING TO GO TO THE RESTROOM YOU DAMN NEAR HAVE TO GO THROUGH 50 PEOPLE PASSING BY YOUR MACHINE JUST TO USE THE RESTROOM. ALL OF THE TRAINERS ARE LAZY AS HELL AND DO WHAT THE HELL THEY WANT .YOU BARELY SEE THEM AFTER THEY HELP YOU THE FIRST TIME, AND WHEN THEY DO COME AND CHECK ON YOU AND SEE THAT YOURE BACKED UP THEY KEEP WALKING, ALL THEY DO IS WALK AROUND W. POLAR POP CUPS AND PURSES ALL DAY I DONT EVEN SEE THE POINT IN THEM.

My twin had passed the day I was suppose to come for orientation and I called and everything but they said that’s not they probably and I should have cane anyway if I couldn’t give them negative stars I would or zero stars like how was I suppose to know my twin was going to pass away like hold on Twin don’t pass away yet I need to go to orientation first then I can wen I get back like wow they just sad to me

They have some nasty attitudes and talk to there employees any kind of way they have racist women work in there office and one that buy there clothes out of Aldi and a lil butterball with a smart mouth just some horrible folks to work for if I could give a 0 I would people gone tell lies but I know the truth about the place they are going to allow people to lie on you and they dont investigate nothing

Its a staffing agency that only offers positions at Sterilite. So if you want to work somewhere other than Sterilite steer clear.
