Superb customer service! Keith returns phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions about converting to the new system. I was very pleased with the pricing and the ease of transition! I didnt realize my company wasnt optimizing the technology that was available to us until Vulcan showed me what they could do for us! We dont miss phone calls now, even when were out of the office, and we were able to set up customized voicemails and transfer agent leads with the push of a button. Something I only thought big companies could afford. Very pleased!
