In dealing with their local office only, I have had nothing but wonderful customer service and very quick responses when opening service tickets. The local management team are always friendly and willing to drop what they are doing when we have an emergency situation.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The answering assistant cut me off and hung up on me. In an effort to chalk it up to someone just having a bad day, I emailed the contact us address listed on their website, only to receive an equally hateful response from the same lady.As a business owner myself, I would like to know when my hired associates treated the public in this manner, and blocked myself of receiving critical information.This post is in reference to their Tompkinsville, Kentucky location.
