I have been in communication with them for almost 3 weeks about childcare for my newborn and they are slow to return phone calls If returned at all. They told me at the last minute they did not have room for my child and I am supposed to go back to work and now have no childcare for my son. This is the most frustrating process I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They need a complete turnover for better staff. This program is supposed to help families so they are able to provide for their family and have reliable childcare and they have put me in a position to not be able to do anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I enjoy taking training courses here. The staff is very professional and kind. When I come there for my training courses, I learn so much about childcare. They are very encouraging. They are constantly encouraging us to start our own facilities or to do our best at the facilities we are at. The three individuals I encounter the most there are Becky, Alex, and Margaret. Margaret always makes me feel welcome when I come. She is always on top of things. Becky and Alex have taught most of the training courses I have signed up for. I can tell, they are very passionate about making sure we are trained to provide quality childcare. Childcare Resources Center has truly been a blessing to me. I am grateful for them. Because of this program, I am able to provide quality childcare to the facility I work at.

On July 21, 2016 I attended class at Child Care Resources and I really enjoyed the class. I look forward to attending the next class on Thursday August 18, 2016
