Where do I start..... TERRANCE A. PRUITT is a realtor for Keller Williams and he is the most unprofessional, rude and out right GHETTO!!! I have had two run-ins with him and I will never refer any clients, friends or family to use his service. He was hired to sell the home that I am currently renting, until mine is finished….. Terrance never introduced himself to me and he shows up (out the blue) and placed his for sale sign in my yard. I called the rental agency Im renting the home from and they had no clue who he was either and that she would call me back with more info. The rental agency called me back and informed me that the home was for sale and that she gave Terrance my contact info. About 15 minutes after hanging the phone up with the rental agent, Terrance called and informed me that he needed to take pictures of the inside of my home. I stated to him that I would call him back at a later date to setup an appointment. He replied, “it’s only going to take 10 minutes.” I responded and informed him that I would get back with him once I returned back in town from my father’s funeral.About 45 minutes had passed and I get a knock on my door and then on my window. After I didn’t respond, Terrence called my phone screaming at me, as if I was his child about the sign in the front yard. He threaten to call the police and press charges on me regarding the for sale sign and also that he has the right to come on property anytime he pleases because I dont own it! I informed him that NO I dont own the home, but I do have a lease agreement which is a legally binding contract that says it’s mine until February 2022 and that my main job as a single parent is to protect my kids and myself! I also told him not to show up at my home again unannounced. That was my first time meeting him. The second time was today when he called to let me know that he was going to have me arrested about the sign that was removed from my yard. I asked him to stop over talking me so I could inform him about the sign, but he stated that he doesnt have to listen to me. I hung up. Now, my next step is to report him to the Alabama Real Estate Commission. (AREC)..PS first impressions are everything, and his is the worst.... some customer service training is definitely needed, I can only imagine how he speaks to his wife and children.

We were so grateful to have Mrs Brenita Jones as our realtor. She was the best. Great with all of our questions and concerns. She was great with communicating and always responded quickly. We never had to worry during our home buying process. She was excellent with scheduling viewings and was on top of the properties we were interested in. I am still so excited about our new home.Thanks Brenita ❤️

I was disappointed in the amount of diversity at this location . My wife who is Asian American was treated very poorly when she inquired about a position here. She was given an IQ test to apply for a job? Hopefully they change their policies but their tests are very discriminative .

Margie Beth Shaw is a great resource and choice if you are interested in buying or selling a home. She is very knowledgeable and has the ability to come into your home and provide the necessary staging touches that will make the house more appealing. She is one of the best assets Keller Williams has in Birmingham.
