Everyone I’ve spoken to and/or met (Tony, Will, & Jason) has been fantastic. They really listened to the issues we were having (thanks to our previous service), and took time to analyze the situation. I used a different service for 8 years, and I have absolutely no regrets in swapping over. They’re wonderful!

They just show up at random times expecting us to give them access to the house and yard for inspections. We have repeatedly asked them to schedule visits and they always have an excuse why they didnt or cant.The worker at our house told us that they kept calling us and wed never answer the phone. The people in the office said that they hadnt called us and they didnt know why the guy showed up unannounced. We then scheduled a time for them to come out and they showed up 45 minutes early. Not a big deal unless youre on a Zoom meeting with clients.

A good business to work with. Always respectful of me and my home, and responsive to what I need.

I was able to schedule an appointment with very short notice. The initial visit was very thorough and informative. I felt extremely confident in the product. I noticed a drastic reduction in the amount of creepy crawlers that were able to make it in the house within in days of the first application. A week after the first application and there have not seen a singly bug.

I always have the same tech come out to our property, which is great because he gets to know it well and I know whom to contact if I have any questions or special requests. I always receive friendly, professional, and courteous service from both the tech and office staff. Highly recommend!

I called for an evaluation for rodent control. They arrived on time and I really liked the guy. I was so impressed I planned to switch my termite, etc. over to them. I paid that day for a year in advance $541. He said the company would monitor the traps twice a week for 4 to 6 weeks. They came 8/6 and put traps out and cashed my check that day.I have not heard from nor seen them since and today I received a bill for the full amount $450. I called to see why I’m being billed after paying in full and why no one has been here since 8/6. I was given an excuse about termite equipment being down. I’m not sure how that affects their ability to check my traps or the ability to call and give me a heads up.I also called and asked why my bill is $91 less than what I paid and I received some run around excuse. So frustrating, I’ll never use them again.

Stark provides preventive treatment every other month, keeping my home free of critters. They are professional in all respects. They also hold my termite bond.

The service man that was sent to me to service my home was great. He’s very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Please continue to send him to my home for service.

2 stars for friendliness of office staff. 2 stars for customer service. The first time they were supposed to come to my home they didn’t show and when I called after they were supposed to arrive to see what the deal was found out they could not come. Day of and late. Follow up appointment couldn’t be until a week later. The second time they came the tech verified the issue I asked about the chemicals they use and if we would need to make arrangements since we have an infant in the home. He said he didn’t know and made no effort to find out. Currently I am waiting on their arrival, late again. No call, no consideration of the customer working their schedule. Would not recommend.

They came to do service when we first moved in & we still had roaches for months. No showed the next set up appointment saying they got stuck at a railroad track... really? They were 40 min late. Seemed fishy to us.We switched to Terminix and the roaches were gone within days and their team always shows up when scheduled.. will even do weekends. Sorry to leave a bad review, but our experience was terrible in 2019 with your company.

Mike is awesome!!! We had a terrible bug infestation being surrounded by woods on three sides. Mike told us that the problem would be handled. Some other exterminator companies had failed so I was skeptical. Mike fixed the issue almost 100% in one treatment!!! Now we dont see anything crawling around our house at all... again, Mike is the best. He is very personable and really knows his stuff!!! I would highly recommend Stark Exterminators to anyone anywhere... In fact my landlord lives not too far away from us and I told her about Stark and now she is a new customer. Stark... you are the best!!!

We have been using Stark Exterminators for about a year, and I would definitely recommend them. They have very friendly technicians and employees. I like the calls to remind me to schedule my service because with my hectic schedule I usually forget.

I live in Atlanta but when I called and asked that they treat my Moms home on Bessemer, they took payment over the phone and scheduled the inspection and treatment in just a few days. My mom said they were on time, and very respectful and professional during the visit. She hasnt seen any pests since the treatment.

I must share an experience that I had today. A routine pest control visit turned into the extraction of a raccoon that had all the signs of having rabies. Brad Kendrick (the best exterminator) and Don (his manager) were very concerned about the safety of my family and properly handling the raccoon. Due to the size and physical condition of the raccoon, they definitely put themselves at risk to be injured. I really appreciate their attention and the EXCELLENT customer service that is always shown. I highly recommend this company and its staff for all your pest control needs :-)

I recommend Stark highly. They always show up on time...every time. Rod, in particular, is fantastic; very personable and knowledgeable.

Very professional employees. Dee does our quarterly treatments and he is outstanding. Always in a great mood, very professional, and goes the extra mile when doing his job. He is very thorough. He also make sure to wear the booties over his shoes while treating the inside of the house which makes my germophobic heart very happy! We have had VERY few pests since starting treatments with Stark exterminators. To give you an idea... the very first week we moved into our house I killed about 15 roaches in one week on the inside of the house and saw several in the garage and exterior areas but once we started treatments with Stark I see maybe one roach every quarter. The treatments work and i dont plan on switching companies! Thanks Dee and Stark exterminators!!

Poor customer service. This company is still charging it’s customers full price for half the service due to COVID-19. It’s understandable to not treat the inside of home during this pandemic, but the price should change along with the service that you are receiving.

The tech that we were using seem to be professional to the point where he stated that he can smell roaches! Unfortunately he wasnt professional enough to look before spraying and sprayed the chemicals that he was using down from the second floor down to the bottom floor where I standing where the mist landed on my face. When my husband called to report the issue and he was told that a manager would call us back, sadly say that we havent received a called back yet, that was on the 24th and its now the 30th.

Your workers work very hard to agree with customers on visit days and at ones home they describe what they are doing and why. Excellent interactions with them.

The day we were set to move in to our new house, I noticed that we had a major mosquito problem. We have a 3-month-old, and that situation posed a serious threat to her. I called Stark and, to my utter amazement, they agreed to come same day. The reason Im surprised? We live in the middle of nowhere. Even more surprising was that Don Ancelet -- a service center manager -- arrived to perform the service.It has been two weeks and the mosquitoes have been annihilated. These guys go above and beyond for their customers, and its easy to understand why theyre so highly rated. Highly recommend.

I called to ask the receptionist about some treatment processes and she kept trying to refer me to my complexs maintenance so I could get a treatment scheduled. I DID NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE A TREATMENT, I simply wanted answers of you alls treatment PROCESS (maintenance wouldnt have known that). I was cut off repeatedly and spoken to in a very condescending tone. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day.On another note, the technician that I have seen before in my apartment is very kind, very understanding, very patient and knowledge, and very brave- in my eyes. Five stars for Paul.
