We rented the large water slide and I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome day we had playing on the slide; swimming in the little pool it had at the bottom. My grandchildren will never forget this day (and our grown kids either)! Thank you for excellent service. Your employees were awesome.

Everytime I need to rent a bounce house, it was always from them. This last time was the last time. The owner is rude and hateful when speaking to customers. We found 4 spiders inside the bounce house, yes they were alive. We will find another company to rent from.

We have rented from Fun Source 3 maybe 4 times. I cant remember. The first time we rented the owner actually came out and picked up the moonwalk. He was super nice and actually talked the whole time to my husband while he was packing up. Every time we have rented, everyone has been super nice. Even the younger guys who delivered and picked up. The quality is great and everything is very clean. Customer service is wonderful. The office staff is very helpful in answering any questions or with suggestions. I recommend them to all of my friends. They have a very large variety to choose from so even if what you want happens to be rented that day there is always something similar. My kids and kids at our Sunday School party-dads too, loved the cork screw water slide.

I rented a moonwalk for my sons birthday party. It was an overall excellent experience. There was nothing for me to do....totally stress free. The moonwalk was extremely clean. We had the pleasure of using Fun Source for our Community Carnival last year. During the carnival we an attendance of 1,000. Everything was very nice. The delivery men arrived on time to set up equipment and everything ran smoothly. We are looking forward to using Fun Source again this year. This year all proceeds from our carnival will be used to go towards our Angel Tree and the development of a Clothes Closet. This Clothes Closet will furnish clothing to ex-offenders returning from prison to get re-established in society. We have recommended this company to everyone because they provide first class service and they take pride in their work.

We rented from fun source for my twins 4th birthday party. The Disney princess bounce house was a HIT!!! Fun Source was great from beginning to end! They were here several hours before the party and let us keep the rental until long after the birthday girls were asleep! They had so much fun and wore themselves out. Even the grown ups had fun! I would definitely rent from Fun Source again. Its much more cost effective than going to one of those inflatable party places where you get to jump for a hour before they rush in the next party.

I highly recommend NOT to use this company . We rented to bouncers from this company on Monday . We called to inform them of a hole in one of the bouncer in which we paid $350)for one and $700 for the other. The one that was rented for $350 had tape over the holes. So the company was well aware of the holes. THE OWNER Wanted to debate and argue with me about the holes and offered me a credit for the bouncer. Why would I want to use your company again? FRAUD! We couldnt even use the bouncer the day it was rented..

I have had the most incredible experience with Fun Source Rentals and believe them to have exceptional customer service.Prior to renting from Fun Source Rentals I tried another company and the day of the party when I expected an Elmo character to arrive we had no one show up or call to give us a reason. After many phone calls I finally got a terrible excuse and never felt okay about the lack of concern.Fast forward to the next year and I ordered a train from Fun Source Rentals....The day of the party I had to cancel the day of the party because my child had a sudden fever and sickness. I hated to cancel, but Fun Source was very kind and made a difficult situation better for me by showing such concern and not penalizing us for circumstances beyond our control which was more than I could have expected. The next year we rescheduled with the original party plan and the train showed up with a very professional Fun Source employee that drove happy children (and parents) around for the afternoon. He showed up before the party was set to begin and was very courteous to all of our guests. I am one of the owners of Fun Source- full disclaimer- but seriously kind of cracks me up when persons like keondra write reviews like she did. What she doesnt say is that we went out and took care of her issue and gave her part of her money back. We try to treat all people just like we want to be treated, but im sure you all know, there are some people that you could never please- God bless.

I would NOT recommend this company. The staff member put down an arrival time outside of what we discussed and agreed upon. When I addressed the issue she was extremely rude about it. After speaking to the manager regarding his employees unprofessionalism he was just as rude and told me customers are not always right and that a lot of people in America are crazy! This business was extremely combative and disrespectful. I demanded a full refund and I will never attempt to do business with them again!

RENTED****Rented Nov 2012, the big green frog slide for my daughter, Natalies, 2nd birthday. This was our first time to rent from FSR and our first time to have a party at my house! All the house cleaning was not fun, but having the Freaky Frog slide was definitely worth it all! The kiddos had SO much fun! The weather was nice and the kids stayed entertained the entire time. Also, the parents were appreciative because we wore those kids out and they were ready for bedtime early. LOL!! Fun Source showed up on time and they were very accommodating and nice. I highly recommend renting from this company. The Hackers are fine people!!

Brittany explained the reserved item could be cancelled and receive a full refund on the deposit only if cancelling due to weather. Called to cancelled because of rain and was told a different answer by the female. Looked back for email confirmation and policy they were supposed to have emailed and nothing was ever received. Unsatisfactory customer service and communication.
