Will never do business with again!!! Friendly staff and seemed like great customer service...until they tried to blame me for pre-existing damage to the bobcat! Luckily I took thorough pictures immediately after delivery that proved that it was already there. Also since their “full service” fuel cost an arm and a leg, I filled it up to the brim before they picked it up...a few days later I got a charge for $16.50 that they claimed was “for 2 gallons of fuel”!

I paid $1207 to rent a E35 excavator and while using the machine a fitting by the cylinder got a hole knocked in it. The cylinder itself didn’t bust it was just the fitting. They charged me for a cylinder to be replaced when only the fitting needed replacing. I should’ve carried it to whom I deal with because Alabama Rental charged me $586.00 for a cylinder when a fitting could’ve been replaced. I was under the impression when renting equipment that covered small issues that’s the point of renting the equipment and I wouldn’t have minded covering the fitting because that’s what busted but having to pay for the whole cylinder was unprofessional by the business. I will not rent from there again and if you do just be prepared for them to charge your card for parts you don’t damage.

Ive been doing business with Alabama Rentals for several years now and have found them to be the best place in town for tool and equipment rental. First of all, they will have just about anything you might need to get your job done and their rental fees are reasonable and affordable. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Alabama Rentals.

These guys are crooks . I rented a property from them the locks were broken when I moved in did not replace them I had to go buy new set of locks . When I told them I was not renewing my lease they harassed me for 2 months showing the property before I even moved out . No consideration for my privacy or the fact I needed to take time off from work to be there for them to show the property. When I moved out I left the property in better condition than when I moved in . They kept my deposit making up fictitious they charged me for weed n feed the house was covered with weeds when I moved in . Charged for cleaning the house was cleaned . I cleaned the base board the ceiling fans, I can go on I would avoid doing business with them at all cost. They will keep your deposit ! If I should them anything less than a star I would .

These guys have everything and they are really helpful. Call or stop by and you will see. From concrete drill bits to contain candy machines and 14’ step ladder, they have it all!

Rented a tile saw. It was rather aged but worked well for the job. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place actually wants you to rent from them unlike home depot or other similar places. Nice people and good deals on their rental equipment

I got the sno cone machine & the bubble machine for my family picnic. It was a success the equipment was clean & it worked very well. They also was very nice & understanding with my tardiness I will always suggest this company to ANYBODY!!!!

Chris and his team are great! Excellent equipment selection and they always treat customers like family. I get inflatables for all my kids parties here and wouldnt go anywhere else.

This is a good group. I rented a two man auger from them for use over the 4th of July weekend. They had the best price in town, helped me get it loaded and were thorough in going over the best way to use it. Unfortunately the auger developed an oil leak during use and I had to discontinue using it. When I returned it to them Tuesday I explained what happened and how I had to rent another auger from a different supplier. They were understanding of the inconvenience and we reached a completely fair agreement on a partial refund. I will definitely make these folks my first choice for any rental needs I have in the future.

Rented a trailer to pick up a 3500# tractor. On the way back, one of the tires came apart. I pulled into a gas station and called them. I was told they had no spare tires and I needed to pull the trailer back on three tires. I cut off the loose part and limped it back across town driving no faster than 25mph.When I arrived at the center, I explained what happened at the front desk. I was told tires are the renters responsibilities. The guy on the phone implied differently. Normally, I would agree, but the tire in question was clearly dry rotted along with the others. The guy at the front desk told me previous renters could have put bad tires on? Prior to me leaving, they made sure the tires were fully inflated. I suspect they knew the tires were questionable in the first place. When I called him out on the dry rot, he started back pedaling. He agreed not to charge me.I like Alabama Rental normally, but this experience clearly was questionable.

Joe always treats us right ...some of the equipment is a little wore out and could use some maintenance But other than that great place to rent equipment from
