Store was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful especially Mr Gary Martin.

Granted I was late returning table clothes a single day (Monday) they charged me full price for a late fee. (93$ for 7 linens). Pretty steep if you ask me. I’ve been in the restaurant business my whole life and understand supply/demand but COME ON.

Rented glassware for a party and it was dirty. Looked as if wiped out with a filthy rag. Had to wash them myself. When we complained to the store and showed them pictures, they offered a very small partial refund. Will never use again.
