BRUTALLY HONEST REVIEW: The least professional agency I have ever conducted an interview with. If you could even consider it that, had applied for a new talent submission, got accepted for a meeting. Sketchy from the beginning, having no actual office nor building rather to meeting at a low budget hotel at the lobby area. No questions were asked of me on the behalf of this interview. It started with procrastinating, and critique on my teeth which are FYI are decent, then immediately start talking about sending me to a one day course for an acting class with an upfront deposit. Then considering I am Japanese automatically wanted to have me to learn more of my native language to get Speaking roles in Japanese. That is extremely stereotypical, and racial. Then attacked me for having done film industrial work in mainly Atlanta, saying how people never succeed, nor go anywhere there. NEWS TIP: Its the new hollywood...the entire conversation this old lady constantly spoken about herself, and how glorious, and wonderful New York, and Los Angeles are, and of herself representing herself for over 50 years. Revealing to me how apparently she is an employee at a hotel as a janitor / room keeper. I thought my god are you serious? if you are a true professional agency you would have an office, and a secretary / receptionist to be present and you to doing this full time. Then assumed I have no Job Mind you, I have done numerous featured roles, and have, and continue to doing film work full time, and juggle my family business representing, contracting with law enforcement, military, security etc. Protecting and serving them so the people in uniform can continue to keep our community, and thus the world safe from threats foreign and domestic. So your welcome.......When asked to present a Reel-to-Reel I had no idea what she was requesting, come to find out its an audio recorded tape. I am not seeking representation for voice overs, I have a lead/speaking role in a sci-fi production for a presentable video reel which I have upon my IMDB Pro profile, I had presented that along with my actor resume but was ignored apparently. My head shots were critiqued as being Taken by my grandma which is absolute degrading, and disgusting. My grandmother passed away when I was a young child so thanks for that greatly appreciated. What a way to represent yourself, and karma comes around full circle.I was then provided this particular sheet of paper with a Beauty script basically a strict guideline of specifics on what to use to be a Successful actor Use only Colgate toothpaste? Old spice body wash? WHAT??My wife apparently offended her by speaking the truth about the reptilian secret society Hollyweird her oh so glorious glamour CALIFORNIA life.Her demeanor was NOT in the least bit professional, nor her energy.I have aced through, and presented a professional energy, optimistic, and well thought interviews before and got hired in a heartbeat. This Meeting was a train wreck to say the least, first time in my life meeting an entitled KarenThen attacking, and mocking a local casting company entitled Goleman Casting which Ron, and his family are wonderful human beings, and this lady having no idea who they are had no right to call them bunch of amateurs. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this woman, if you want actual professional representation I would recommend anywhere else. I have already begun to share this experience with numerous of other people, and already shaking their heads.
