The driver delivered my package to the wrong house and the package was released without a signature and it was required. They have to do better!
Delivered to the wrong address and ghosted me when I tried to recover the package. Impossible to get anyone helpful on the phone.
This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from Amazon. It wasnt until my package got to DHL that the problems began. DHL never attempted to deliver my package. I finally after 2 weeks of calling customer service repeatedly with no resolution that I had to take off work, which cost me $250 plus $20 in gas, and drive to Birmingham myself and get my own package from DHL!! I even started my own account with DHL to help them with my delivery.. I added my phone number, Directions to my house, a description of my truck that would be in the driveway. I even told them to call me and I would meet them or direct them to my house. They would tell me every day for over a week that it would be delivered that day. My package sat in the same place, NEVER moved from the shelf for delivery. I will not order anything again that has to be delivered by DHL. I would rate them a 0 but it wouldnt let me so I gave them a 1Star rating.
Had an unexpectedly delightful experience recently at Bhams only DHL location - wayyy beyond downtown - very near to the Bham-Shuttlesworth airport. Arrived just as theyd opened to public for the day. The woman in the front public area who greeted me was both professional and extremely personable, friendly. She went above and far beyond assisting a 1st time customer of this company in every way she possibly could. The single drawback is they do NOT accept cash--of course thats company policy not the employees. She assisted me in reducing the shopping cost for my package from the original $360 (!!) down to $209 range. VERY GRATEFUL & APPRECIATIVE TO HER FOR BEING SO WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME & EXTRA EFFORT TO DO THIS FOR ME!!! THANK YOU! I wish Id noted her.name bc Id include it here as well. I only recall she has a super friendly, bubbly personality, wears glasses & I believe she mentioned she hadnt worked at the front desk in some length of time?5 Stars all the way
Drivers do not knock on doors to see if anyone is home, they also do not read the signs that say deliver in back. It is like they hire middle school drop outs who think they do not have to get out of a truck to drop off a package, they think you have to be outside waiting on them. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

This is the second time DHL has lied and indicated attempted delivery. I have been home all day and noticed the driver pass my location twice as if he was lost. I truly hate this company and the unprofessional workers there. The customer service center is no help.

This is a majorrrrr poor service. I heard the person knock on my door, but didnt give me time to even come to the door. And then, whomever only knocked ONCE then left....... The company wouldnt even allow me to come pickup my package before they close which was within 2 hours. Then, they dont even give you a time that they will approximately be there to drop your package off.......I didnt understand why I couldnt pick it up before 5:30 since they werent closed. Now I have to wait until next week to get my package delivered to me because of the lazy and impatient driver. I run a business and this is a bad look on me. I will NEVERRR do business with you all again.

Went in for an interview. Cramped lobby definitely had too many people, two of which (including an employee) weren’t even wearing their masks properly. Then when the interviewer showed up they weren’t wearing one at all.
If I could rate a negative number I would!! Worst customer service ever, ESPECIALLY the managers!! I would not use this company for delivery if I had the choice!! I received notification that my NEXT day delivery would be delivered on February 1st. I called to see if they could possibly give me a round about time so I wouldn’t have to wait all day at home due to it having to be signed for. Their customer service person said that it wasn’t out for delivery, and that it wouldn’t be until next week sometime before I received it. I asked to speak with a manager. I asked the manager if there was any way he could make note or something to let me know a time frame (better than til end of day) on when it would be delivered. He was rude and sarcastic and told me no. I said I felt like that was the least they could do since both my husband and I have to work, and can’t sit at home all day waiting for a delivery to be signed for. The manager then said that it wasn’t his fault that the company I made the purchase with used them for delivery and they would not accommodate. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I have never experienced such horrible customer service, especially from a manager!!
So, I waited all day for my package to be delivered only for the sorry delivery driver to not do his or her job. I’m in the back room and hear the truck backing up, I run outside and my neighbors informed me that the truck came and turned around and left. I’m standing there confused to why they didn’t ask my neighbors for help finding my apartment, to come and just leave like that is terrible. If I have to order anything else I will definitely stay away from these people. At least take some pride in your job .. One star is more than they deserve.
They honestly deserve no stars but this is the lowest I could give. They lost my package and told me that they would have it resolved by 5pm the next day. 5pm the next day, they then tell me it would be the next. So, after receiving a phone call from a rep in Atlanta who blamed for asking for the package to be delivered to my back door, I made repeated follow up calls to check on the status. Friday, they told me they would have it resolved by Monday at 5pm. At that point, I was done. If it is my option, I will NEVER use this service again. Ridiculous! Also, all reps should have the access to track lost shipments. It would save them time and money.

She told me that she will make sure that my package will be delivered today ! Well hours went by, I thought my package wasn’t going to get delivered until the next day . Well my door bell rung at 9:40 “ KeKe” personally delivered my package!!! She said she told me it will be delivered today and it was ! Love great customer service!🥰🥰🥰
This delivery person walks half way up to my front door and throws my package to/at the door, what it there were breakable things in it! This is horrible! I will definitely make sure from now on who is delivering my packages before I place an order and if its DHL Express I will not place an order with that company!!!!😤

Had an issue with a package delivery (it wasnt delivered) so I had to come by and pick it up. The 2 ladies I spoke with where very nice. I explained that in 5 years of living at this address I had never had an issue with a delivery driver not being able to find it. The supervisor took my phone number down and said she would look into it. I just thought the driver was being lazy and was running late that day and didnt even try to deliver it. She called me back THE SAME DAY and explained that after checking the drivers GPS she could see where he tried to deliver the package, but was on the wrong street (with the same name). I didnt expect to hear back, but was pleasantly surprised to see how far she went to get to the bottom of it. Thank you.

Baddddd shipment time
My most recent shipping experience was a disaster. Apparently the shipper required a signature for my package and I was unaware. They attempted to deliver the package on Thursday, but didnt leave a note so I had no clue theyd come. I tracked the package Saturday morning only to discover the attempt and that a note stating refused by recipient was placed on my package and it was returned. Oh but wait, this major delivery service IS NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS...not even during the holidays! I called customer service and asked that the package be held at the main hub downtown. I had to leave work early Monday, fight 5 oclock traffic on 65, got downtown and was blocked by a train that decided to sit on the tracks, took a detour and finally arrived at the hub which is on the back side of nowhere. The representative told me that when they couldnt deliver the package to me they took it to the office of my apartments. The manager refused to accept the package which triggered this nightmare. I told them that the ONLY person who should be allowed and noted as refusing the package should have been ME, THE RECIPIENT. And they shouldve left a freaking note on my door. They said theyd use it as a training opportunity. Needless to say, I dont ever want anything shipped to me through DHL again.
They claimed my mailing address didnt exist. I called 5 times to give directions....Nobody else had an issue finding me just dhl.

Ok, first of all I have never had a package delivered by DHL before until this past week, and I pray I never have to again. Idk if the drivers just don’t give a damn or what, but this was a very aggravating experience. First aggravating part, I get a text from them saying my package required a signature when it arrived, if I wanted I could sign off on it, online. So of course, being at work, I follow the directions and do so. Guess what? The guy still took the package back to Bham. I filled out the form online at like, 10:30 am and he attempted to deliver at 3:00....so there was plenty of time to see it. So I fill out the form AGAIN. And today I got a text at 2:00 saying it was delivered. Ok great! No...not great. I get home, no package. Not on my porch like I requested, not in my mailbox, nothing. So I call their headquarters and talk to a representative, who I will say was very kind and professional and seemed like she actually gave a damn. So while she’s investigating she tells me the delivery guy stated he left it in my mail box....that was clearly a lie. About that time my neighbor yells at me and I see him holding up my package...so not only was it not on my door step, or in my mailbox, it was at the wrong house altogether and, the box had been partially ripped open and exposed the book I bought. Like it was tossed around. Idk why this delivery service was chosen by the person I bought from but I’ll go to Europe myself to get a damn package before this company is used again
I use to love DHL, but here lately my packages are always late! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and guess what! I didnt get it! It was on the truck from around 10:30M but was never delivered! Now I have to wait until Monday to get it since they dont open on the weekends which throws me all off from what I needed to do! I wish they would get my old driver back cause he was alwayyyyyyyyys on time! Missing him!!!
The gentleman at the front desk was very quick, polite and assured me my Christmas gift would be returned promptly to the company that I ordered from in Sweden.
The delivery was around 8:45 pm. The driver was very nice and professional. I think the company shouldnt allow the drivers to be out so late. Safety of the drivers should be a priority.

Very friendly staff. Package got to its intended destination in three days, its very expensive but if you have time sensitive documents you need to ship across the world in a few days, DHL is your place.

Their a good company,they travel really far distances to bring packages.thats why it may arrive late.But the electronics they use and vehicles needs major updating..if you have never did that kind of work before dont say bad things about the workers..especially if you give them an partial address or incorrect
