I have been thinking for a while about how to even put into words how amazing the whole staff of Seiler skin is-- they are so kind and inviting from the moment you walk into the door to the time you leave (even though youll want to stay longer). :) Dr. Seiler and Leigh Anne Gelinas have been working with me since the end of June, and I am so honored/excited to continue receiving treatment from them!During my initial consultation with the two of them, they were attentive and empathetic with all of the skin/body issues that have been bothering me for years-- specifically my hormonal acne. For the first time in forever, I am much more confident in my skin and can actually go without concealer if I want to! Also, Leigh Ann is SO fun and easy to talk to, and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Being a graduate college student, finances are somewhat tight. However, they have an amazing VIP program full of so many discounts and perks (never seen anything like it before), and they also understood where I was coming from and provided cost-effective options. I recently visited Seiler Skin after a very undesirable experience at another skin care practice in Birmingham. My visit to Seiler was fabulous from the time I was greeted until I left. I recently visited Seiler Skin for a consultation and my experience was great. Prior to my appointment I did thorough research on appropriate and research based laser treatment options for African American skin. This is very important to me when determining the best route of treatment and having a doctor who is culturally competent.I am currently working with Dr. Seiler to reduce the appearance of burn scars I obtained during childhood on the back of both of my legs, scars that I have been self conscious about for over 25 years.He and his staff were extremely personable and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and human (if that makes sense) I honestly felt that he is just as committed to my treatment as I am. He was very thorough during our consultation and reassuring by creating an individualized treatment plan to help me achieve the best and most realistic results possible.I am super excited and looking forward to working with Dr. Seiler as we navigate my treatment over the next few months.

Nice staff and facility. I believe the services are over priced. I do understand you “get what you pay for” but there are also situations where paying the absolute most for something doesn’t mean it works any better. Highest priced Botox in the area from my experience and also a $65 “Botox service” charge for the doctor to administer. Main issue is the high prices, additional service charges and the constant attempt to up sell.

I had botox plus some lamp probe around my nose for broken capillaries. First, let me just say that Dr. Seiler has a gentle touch with botox! It was pain-free, and he kept me talking and comfortable the entire time. The lamp probe procedure was quick but had a kick - but nothing I couldnt tolerate and the little red veins are already almost gone in less than 24 hours. Very worth it! Im going to go back in late summer for a vampire facial. I am so impressed by Dr. Seiler, his staff, and how knowledgeable and friendly everyone is in the office. This is my new place - and Ill recommend it to everyone who wants to look and feel their best. (Ill add that for my initial consultation, he spent almost a half an hour talking to me, making suggestions, and answering questions. Ive never had a consultation that comprehensive and it made me feel like choosing Seiler Skin was the right choice!)

I chose Dr. Seiler after experiencing several years of unsatisfactory results from procedures I had received from another practice. I was searching for an environment in which concerns about my skin and questions about treatments were answered honestly based on a thorough consultation specific to my needs. I wanted to be given realistic expectations rather than before and after pictures and stories of previous patients results.I had become accustomed to this type of communication from my previous physician and as a result, after spending thousands of dollars,I was rarely, if ever, satisfied.As a patient, one needs to feel listened to, and cared for not only by the Doctor, but the staff as well. So far Seiler Skin has checked all my boxes in meeting these expectations.Results from scheduled procedures will occur in the next few weeks, but I dont think I have been given a sales pitch nor have I felt pressured into doing anything that Im unsure of.For the first time I feel as if Im working with someone who has my best interests at the forefront and that is how it should be.

When I first came to Seiler Skin I was on medication for my acne, which wasn’t doing much to help my skin. After a month of using the regimen that was recommended to me by Seiler Skin my face was completely clear. I absolutely love this place! I have been going to Dr. Seiler for a while now and he never disappoints. I got Botox for my tmj and it completely fixed it. I also got some lip filler which I was scared to do at first, but he made it look so natural and the process was pain free. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experiences, Dr. Seiler, or his staff. From my initial consultation to every appointment/procedure following they were extremely attentive, from listening to all of my concerns, doing an exam and gathering my patient history. I have NEVER had a doctor take this much time genuinely listening to me, inquiring about my medical history, or explaining everything in extreme detail to come up with the best plan of action to achieve my skincare goals. Tension Headaches completely gone!!! I get Botox injected in my neck and jaw to get rid of my headaches and its worked so much better than I could ever hope. About a year ago I was getting headaches almost daily because of my terrible and completely uncontrollable habit of clenching my jaw while I slept. I was also feeling pretty insecure about my face, my weight hadnt changed but my face always looked so puffy. Turns out my jaw muscles were just massive. After my initial injection with Botox (which was pretty much painless) it took about three weeks before I started to notice I wasnt waking up with headaches. After 3 months my face started to slim out. After about a year my face finally looked like my old face again (my cheekbones look so good)! The lines in my neck have also become a lot less noticable. Dr. Seiler is absolutely incredible, I can not recommend him and his team enough!

Price for Botox was listed on website as $13 per unit and that is what was discussed in consult. I was charged double the units on the day I was there (30 instead of 15 units). I had to argue with the first person I spoke to who insisted it was 30 units. The representative who called back refunded the 15 units, but then insisted there was a $65 injection fee on top of the price per unit. This is not listed anywhere on the website and was not discussed at my consultation. They eventually refunded $30 of the $65 injection fee, but I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so unsure of what I just paid for.

Dr Seiler and his staff have consistently been very professional and courteous in the all the years I have gone there. I always feel comfortable with Dr Seilers decisions on a course of action, he is so skilled and caring. I highly recommend his business

I went with my husband to Dr seiler to seek treatment for face acne about a year ago..... since i was pregnant the doctor recommended to post pone the treatment till after and gave us some products to help with acne during that which we did ...... the product cost us about 200 bucks ....few days ago we went again and the doctor explains the next step ..... he recommended to use products before starting the new treatment and the new products cost us 300 dollars....... we went home and went over the treatment procedures but felt this is not the one for me i got scared and that’s normal..... so this morning my husband went back to return the products unopened..... the lady working thier named Christine told him they can’t take it back but this time will make an expiration and refund the money so far everything was going normal when she got the money she looked him in the eyes and told him if you guys change your mind don’t come back... seek somewhere else ......honestly my husband did not say a word and was shocked of her attitude...... what have we done to be treated like this...... it really hurts that those people all they think about is money they really don’t care about you or your feelings...... I would really appreciate if doctor seiler see this review and understand what kinda people that working for him and drive people like me away😔😔😔😔😔

This is not my first visit to see Dr. Seiler and I will continue to drive over an hour to see him for my skin care! I had a vampire facial with PRP. Katy and Kayla took their time to ready my skin and answer any questions I had before starting the procedure. Kayla completed the procedure, always checking how I was feeling. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable.There are numerous reasons I continue to trust him and his staff to take care of my skin. He never overbooks! I have never waited more then 5-10 minutes for my appointment and I usually arrive a few minutes early. He always take his time to address my concerns with options and plenty of information/education on the various options. I never feel as I like I am being pushed into any specific treatment or product.He has wonderful, sweet and educated staff!! it is also nice to visit an office and see the same staff there over time.Skin care can be expensive, Dr Seiler does offer a VIP program which I paid for and it has definitely been worth it!I highly recommend his practice!!

I had chemical peels previously at another dermatology clinic with lackluster results. Results from the Seiler Center were spectacular. From the receptionist, to the estheticians, nurses and, of course, Dr. Seiler everyone is a professional that are expertly trained to provide the patient with the most positive experience possible.

I went to this office a while back and it was a total mess. Disorganized, unprofessional and expensive. All they did was force expensive products on me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just had a wonderful HydraFacial with Katie. After an informative consult with Dr. Seiler—who was super cool, patient, and helpful—we decided on the HydraFacial treatment with an IPL laser treatment in the coming weeks. Would definitely recommend this unconventional type of facial. Katie used a tiny, yet very powerful vacuum to suck out all the gucky stuff (I was skeptical but it actually works), and what’s left, she gently extracts. She applied lots of amazing creams and serums to hydrate throughout, which my skin DRANK. Katie is a sweetheart and knows how to make you feel relaxed, comfy, and gorgeous. Can’t wait to go back for my IPL!

Beautiful office in the lovely and convenient SoHo area of Homewood. Dr. Seiler has treated thousands of patients and really knows the field of cosmetic dermatology. I would recommend him to anyone!
