This is my second time at Dr. Willis office and it will definitely be my last. The first time I went to her office I didnt have any problems besides having to call to get my results and the office not answering their phones. This year her office emailed me about making my yearly appointment which I did. I called the office and was sent to voicemail which they ask you to leave information. After three days of not getting a response I called the office and the receptionist was nice and scheduled me for the only available appointment until August. The next day I received a call from another receptionist responding to my voicemail that I sent earlier that week..... The day of the appointment I called Dr. Willis office EIGHT times trying to get someone to help me locate the office (I hadnt been there in two years because of school). After the first three calls not being answered (15 minutes late to the appointment at this point) I was transferred to the emergency line (was on hold for 5 mins). Without even asking my needs I was transferred to another hotline which transferred me to another hotline that transferred me back to the original person I was trying to speak with! After being on hold multiple times for almost 15 minutes I hung up, called back and the exact same thing happened again. After 30 minutes of trying to find the office I finally was able to talk to someone and ended up canceling the appointment.This was the most frustrating and difficult doctors experience Ive ever had. I do no recommend!

I have been under the care of Dr. Willis for 17 years and she is the best at her profession as well as the nicest person that you will ever meet. And if you know her then you know that she is sincere with everything that she says and does. It shows that she loves what she does as well as she loves her patients. I would not trade her for anything in the world and I would recommend that if you want a professional, spiritual and genuine person seek her services. When God made her, he broke the mold...she is one of a kind. We love you Dr. Willis.

Dr Willis is the best obgyn Ive used in my forty years. She makes you feel calm and taken care of. She listens to your concerns and genuinely cares about your health. Id recommend again and again.

I have been seeing Dr. Willis for the past six years. She has been a wonderful doctor over the years and her staff is equally as amazing.In June 2015 I suffered a serious complication while pregnant, and my child had to be delivered seven weeks before her due date. Because of Dr. Williss extensive knowledge, she was able to stabilize my vitals to allow additional time for my childs lungs to develop more. It was then I knew for sure that I would be a patient as long as I live in the Birmingham area.Another thing I love about her is that she honest; even when I dont want to hear the truth. Lol! But she will lays everything out and answers all questions; thus giving you the ability to make an informed decision regarding your healthcare.

One of the worst doctors Ive ever had in my life. She literally never answers the phone.
