This company is unreliable, with slow service and the worst customer service anywhere.

Ive told these people what the problem is, I get a scripted answer and passed along to someone else in their company. I am LITERALLY telling them what the issue is and they ignore it. If someone tells you a code to a safe, are you still going to guess? The issue? Their equipment is malfunctioning, but they want to blame everything and anything else. If this does keep up, action will be taken, legal action.
