Had an excellent workout here while traveling through Birmingham for work. Super nice, clean, modern inside and helpful counter staff. 90’s rock radio was a huge plus! I really liked the equipment selection which had a GHD and a platform for serious lifting. Definitely this is the spot in downtown Birmingham. 10/10

Its a bit small if youre on the bodybuilding side of lifting. Nothing extravagant, they have the basics. This place is all about location. If you want a serious pump you may have to get a bit creative.

I miss this gym so much! I moved to Nashville a few years ago and one of the sad things was leaving 24e. Staff were always wonderful, and the place was always clean. It wasnt too crowded back then which I loved because Im a little self conscious. The classes and instructors were always great, and I really feel like 24e listened to what we wanted and what would fit our schedules!

Very nice gym. It has all the free weights, machines and cardio equipment youll need. Classy environment with the right amenities. The equipment is spread out over two floors to give everyone space to work out with their preferred equipment. I appreciate the friendliness of their staff with a special shout-out to Jimmy. And a final note: All the dumbbells were in their correct spot. It might be a little thing, but in my gym experience, you can tell a lot about a gym--and its clientele--by looking at the dumbbell racks.

This is a high quality gym with well maintained equipment and general cleanliness. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the somewhat hefty price. If you dont mind paying for a premium gym experience this is the way to go.

Pretty good price for the area, one of the few 24 hours places. Clean, well maintained equipment and spaces. Staff is friendly. Plenty of space and disinfectant wipes for COVID safety.

I love this place for so many reasons. It is clean, they have a good selection of weights and equipment for different routines. Thank you for making working not something I hate.

Love this facility! I’m biased since I’m a group fitness instructor. But before i became one, i was a regular member and i loved this gym. Great people great equipment. Never overly crowded. Love the 24E chain!!!

The locations of the 24e are presently not best for my temporary residence but the information about the $75 non-refundable processing fee and money fee for a key to many facilities was excellent for those looking for a 24/7 day a week way to exercise indoors.

Great facility, definitely worth the money. Staff is friendly, and the equipment is up to date. Actual 24 hour access is awesome... I can finally work out on holidays!!

I love this gym but they keep canceling spin on Wednesdays so that makes it hard to count on them for updated classes as they don’t post them online. :(#Spineveryday!!!

Very clean facility been going here for years!

I joined this gym when my wife was being treated at UAB. During that time i found this gym to be my sanctuary. The staff is incredible and accommodating. Doug, Oscar, and the fitness manager were helpful and went out of their way to help me if I had an issue. The equipment is AMAZING. They truly have everything you need. Its clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere is great.If youre struggling with what gym to join, I assure, if you choose this club, you will not be disappointed.

This health club is incredible! Great staff, great equipment. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The best part is its a true 24-hour gym! Plenty of free weights and machines to go along with the cardio equipment.

I have been a member for several months and love 24e! They facility is not huge, but well laid out. The locker rooms are always clean and the steam rooms are great. They have a great range of classes and the instructors are top notch. Defiantly my favorite gym!

The condition of the showers and bathrooms are truly a sight to behold. I counted no less than seven gnats in my shower stall alone. Ive been to nearly a dozen different gyms and health clubs, and the filth Ive seen in the mens locker room takes the cake. The owners and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a gym that touts itself as an executive health club to fall into such filth. No executive I know would ever set foot in such a facility. Whats particularly frustrating about the issue is that the fix is so simple, but hasnt been done due to laziness and/or incompetence.

Cant tell you how much I love this club. They have all the Les Mills classes. RPM, BodyAttack, BodyFlow, etc. Beautiful facility and its very convenient being downtown. Good positive atmosphere and staff.

Have worked out at these gyms for the past 3 years. Very clean and organized facilities with every piece of equipment you need to get a great workout in!

Downtown location is beautiful and centrally located in the heart of the business district.

Decent gym but horrible billing system. Cancelled my membership and still had to play the yearly fee even though I wont be there to use it. Wont join another 24e again.

Poor service called many times to ask question go no answer or got a bad answer when I try to cancel was trying to charge me 300 dollars on the weekend they lock the towels up is what I was told so is a lie when they say they have towel service only certain hours I guess and nobody cleans the gym on the weekends but if they say they will call you back they never will nice gym sorry that the people do not care about you after you sign up
