OH. HELL. NO.Gritty, low wage temp service. They dont do background checks and/or drug tests. They know people are dirt broke and desperate who come there. Thats why they pay MINIMUM WAGE for 99% of their positions and make people pay their van drivers $10.00 A DAY out of a $56.00 MINIMUM WAGE paycheck and after federal and state taxes you barely make $37.00. FOR AN 8 HR SHIFT OF BACKBREAKING, HARD LABOR. And when you use their van drivers and you have an emergency or cant complete the entire shift (in my case I became sick and the work was so fast paced and strenuous I became dizzy too and ended the assignment. No way Ill work like that for $7.50 an hour. The wage was way too low for how much work they threw at you and they SLAVED you in the warehouse I was. Three hrs into my shift my shirt was stuck to my back (there was no a/c in the warehouse) and I had sweat pouring from my face. The wage should be higher. MUCH HIGHER. The company is getting over. I called the van driver to come and pick me and I knew he would say he couldnt come until the shift ended. I was in so much pain I ended my shift at 8 pm and the van driver asked one question which was when was everyone else getting off. Then he said he was on the other side of Birmingham and he would be 30 minutes. I got off work at 8 pm. I didnt leave the factory until 11:35 pm. He straight up LIED and made me wait in the break-room for HOURS because he only wanted to make one trip. Yet I had to pay this man $10.00 out of my $7.50 hr check which industrial staffing

Great jobs but having to get up at 4 or 5 a.m. then not working until maybe 8 depending on how they feel is discouraging and exhausting front desk people Fred mainly needs to work on his attitude no one knows him personally so he should treat everyone accordingly if youre determined to work you will take the time and wait on a job to be assigned like I did it will be worth the wait

Not sure about their employee practices (as I dont work there) but after meeting 5 of their temps/employees where I work, Im not impressed. Very loud people with extreme vulgar language and atrocious professional etiquette.And the interesting part is, I had NO idea who this company was, and I actually looked them up because of the behavior of the employees and I was also curious why they had a vehicle pick them all up.I actually assumed this was some type of prisoner work release program!!! Literally!And so I decided to research the company, and thats when I found the reviews. A picture can say 1000 words, but imagine how 1000 words can make a company look bad.

The only place i know of that still actually gives temps rides to and from work for a favorable to temp fee.

The ladies at the desk are awesome. They have really good assignments.

Let’s just say this they call me again and they will do five years federal prison time.Because their telemarketers and I’m on the do not call registry

You gotta wait 2 weeks to receive pay. If the Job pays you 13 a hour youll get 7.25 and they keep the Rest. Says Enough

They will give you a job the same day you walk in and provide you with transportion but youll have to pay a whoping $50 a week for their transport

Industrial Staffing and that “Fred Dude” kept me gainfully employed for 10+ years.

This is Louis Stenson and it is what you make it out to be I have had great Jobs 13 to 14 dollars a hour cause how I brand my self I do maintenance nd have learn allot of trades in the last part coupe years so wat you wont you got earn life lesson

They dont pay people on time paychecks are deposited on fridays at midnight people cant pay their bills on the weekend and time goes in Tuesday but i bet Lisa and Fred and everybody that works there get paid on time just unprofessional now f wit my check if u want to ill have yall shut down got bbb on speed dail now run tell that

I just went in and a customer had to tell me they was closed from taking applications when it was two people behind the desk they didnt even bother to see if they could assist me they were rude as hell they have no people skills and the guy running the place didnt even bother to turn aroud he kept his back turned the whole time they need to be reported and shut down

I wish I could attach a video. I work with this company three times every time they wanted me to put my life on the line for $7.25 an hour. First job was picking up trash on side of the freeway in 98 degree heat with no water or break from the sun. The next assignment was in a lumber yard in a old warehouse with a running diesel truck feeling the warehouse with smoke ( have video of this) I asked three times can they come cut it off. I was told OK every time but the truck remain running. I was also told to hurry up with that task because he had something else for me to do. At this time it was my second time asking them to cut off the truck or move it. When it was all over I could barely stand. This Temp service is very dangerous and your safety is not there concern.

Its a quit and convient way to get a job when really needed

I been working for these people two years and never walked off a job with them until I got a phone call from the fire department saying my house was engulfed in flames so the people told me leave to check on my family I brought excuse back to industrial everyone was fine with it except of Fred low down phony selfish nasty attitude ass saying he doesnt care about my family and what happened now he try to tell other people not to send me out because of that even though I have paper work proving its true he tore it up you dont anyone like cuz I will report your low down ass
