I worked with custom staffing for about a month and was fired from UAB hospital due to miss communication concerning the work schedule. UAB did not follow proper protocol by the employee handbook on firing me. I felt like UAB mistreat the temp workers because they are short on employees, we were not properly trained and thrown under the bus. It was very clear that temp workers could be replaced and were treated as such. Since then I have been reaching out to Custom Staffing for other jobs and havent been able to get a hold of anyone for months..The phone number given on the actual website is a personal cell phone number. They never answer the phone reply to voice mail or text messages..... Bad business and very unprofessional.02/22/2021

I am stunned at how arrogant and non professional this place is. I could go on and on about how Mrs.Kerrye V. tried to force me to accept a position even though the one I was interested in was available and she had the audacity to tell me that I could not work there even though the employer called her and requested my interview. I have never been treated by a business that acted like they were doing me a favor in placing me. Avoid this place and do yourself a favor. Im still shocked,@how badly I was treated. Ive never posted an experience before, but people need to know.
