The staff is kind, friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. They are very informative about their job and are able to answer any questions you may have. My co worker recommended them and I have not been disappointed. I have yet to have a long wait time, you guys are great!

I went here thinking that the practice was honest and good. I need a lot of dental work done. The dentist wanted to crown most of my mouth at $999 a piece but said if I paid cash I’d get a discount. Even with two insurances. One of my insurances gives a 20% discount right off. It didn’t add up. So I went a got a second opinion. Turns out there are other options that won’t put me in debt. Also the second opinion did a second cleaning because they didn’t do it properly. I go in today for a refund of this deposit I paid only to be charged a $70 fee. I’m not sure how this practice operates but I definitely won’t be back. Beware before you go.

This is the short version as what is wrong here. I could write several other examples but here is the biggest issue.Went with a pain in my tooth. I was given a vague answer as to what may be wrong and a prescription. Fast forward to today, the pain was still there. Went somewhere else. With in ten seconds they found a crack in the filling down to the nerve and began to fix it. Comfort plus didnt try to help and made me feel like I was crazy.

I am changing my previous review. My previous review was negative but after hearing the dentist side, I believe it would be only fair to change my review. Upon listening to the dentist, I realize that she decided to do what was best for my son than for her. That is really important to me. This dentist is very caring about her patients. What I failed to realize is that she was doing what was best for my son in the long run so he wouldnt have anxiety issues with dentists in the long run. Definitely will recommend her if you need a dentist but try an actual pediatric dentist if your child is opposed to the dentist. She will put your needs first.

Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked through the door with a smile. I DID NOT HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME and I came in on a Saturday. There is enough staff to accommodate scheduled appointments as well emergency walk ins. The dentist is very polite and thorough. I had previously been taking my son to one of those kiddie dental mills where they have like ten kids all back in one main room and they churn them out like a factory. What I love about Comfort Plus is the super nice staff. They are courteous, prompt and personable. Dr. Gutti is just as nice as her staff and willing to go the extra mile. It was so nice to be treated like a patient and not like a number. It put my normally hesitant and afraid son at ease. Yesterday was my first time going to Comfort Plus Family Dental. Every one was so nice. They made me feel as though I had been there many times. Dr Gutti explained everything and showed me my xrays on the big screen. I highly recommend them.

The staff is very nice and so is the Dr. However, my fillings were poorly done. I had to return after having them done because I was in more pain after the fillings than I was before!! I was told the reason was because of bite and they needed to be filed down and I still suffer to this day and that was months ago. They tried to pull the incorrect tooth and the dentist had to clean my teeth due to a scheduling error and that was the roughest most painful cleaning Ive Ever had!! If you go make sure to see hygienist for cleaning and do NOT get a filling unless you want to be in more pain than before

Prior to going to Comfort Plus, It had been several years since the last dental visit, and it really showed because a lot of work was needed. This place is clean and neat, it is a nice atmosphere from most dental offices. In most cases the staff is friendly. However, I have had an encounter with two of the staff members that were just very unruly towards me. Certain things should not be discussed around patients or certain comments should not be said in front of patients when you are unaware of your facts. In Dec of 2018 some comments was made from one of the staff members that was just unnecessary and unprofessional. However, I continued to go back with the intent to not be involved with that particular staff member, seeing that I asked in the past not to be involved with that person, because of that staff member remarks. However that particular staff member sent a text reminding me of a cleaning. (WOW) I got a major procedure done in Sep 2018 as well and to this day of July 2019 I am still in excruciating pain. I have been back to the doctor to ask why I am in so much pain they stated that they do not know, she does not see anything on her x-rays. The doctor referred me to two endodontists to see why I was still in pain and one person stated that they dont see anything and another person saw exactly why I was in pain. The doctor did not complete the job. They gave the doctor this information and I was told from the doctor’s rude staff member that the doctor will not complete the job meaning she will not do a retreat, so I am expected to stay in pain per the staff member. The doctor gave me a price and I paid that expensive price because I was in pain and then they came back saying the insurance was not going to cover what they were supposed to cover so there for I was left with the entire bill. I got a service done so I was prepared to pay it, because I did not know why the insurance wasnt going to cover it. But then the doctor did not seem interested in helping me get out of pain. When I explained to them that I will have to pay over time, because now this is an unexpected bill. She refused to correct the problem that she created. Now I am stuck trying to find someone else to start this process again to pay another person what I have already paid her to do, what she did not do correctly the first time and she refuses to fix. So now the problem is I am still in pain and she what’s to get paid, a doctor that does not care about people she only cares about money. So a word to the wise do not allow a general dentist to go outside of their scope.

I used to be afraid of the dentist. However, the staff was really, really friendly, accommodating and fast. My 10 am appointment had to be delayed because I was getting lab work done at the doctors office.They told that they were booked for the day, so they would have to treat me as a walk in. Perfectly fine, at least they were willing to accept me the same day. I arrived 5 minutes before noon, and they were ready for me to come back, at noon, as a walk in.The sitting area is comfortable.Like being in your house if you had real expensive furniture. I appreciate that the room was at a comfortable temperature. I didnt notice anyone reaching for a jacket or asking to turn the air up.Once I came to the back, my teeth was cleaned by Jamie (the dental Hygienist). Shes was very friendly and professional without being too chatty. Our conversation consisted of checking to see if I was in in pain and educating me on the importance proper flossing. Overall, I felt that she cared about my long term dental hygiene (something I havent experienced before) and not just about me having clean teeth until my next appointment.Dr. Guttis team was also experienced with handling dental care for a pregnant patient. An extra bib(?) was draped around me during my x-ray to prevent radiation. They were forthcoming and honest about my next steps for getting my all wisdom teeth extracted.Lastly, and what I most appreciate, was that Dr. Gutti didnt make me feel bad about not visiting the dentist regularly. She and her team outlined an achievable dental care plan, in terminology I understood, and explained what my dental insurance will cover vs. how much I may need to pay out of pocket. Also, the practice is open all day Saturdays.

I have VERY sensitive teeth and have always dreaded dental appointments because it was so painful. Comfort Plus is just that....a comfort! They make sure my experience is not painful. They get me in, they do a great job and I may still not enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, but I do love that I dont dread it anymore! Oh, and their hours are great for a working person! Time managment is a real plus in the medical field!

Excellent staff. I went in on an empty stomach, I started feeling nauseous. They stopped the process and had given me time to get myself together, during that time the assistant went and got me something to eat. Process went smoothly and was over quickly.
