Great program for those who have bad credit. Not much help for people who have good credit and need an extra boost to reach the excellent status. The tone of customer service needs improvements, but other than that its a helpful service for those who have extensive time to see major results. Unfortunately had to cancel my account to try another route.

So i tried them out, went through 3 months of subscription with just 2 points increased in my score, very disappointed. spent almost $300 with no results. might as well just get on credit karma and send the disputes myself.
