Miyako is always exceptional. We’ve been going for over 6 years and have never had a bad meal. Sushi is always fresh-tasting (salmon anything is our favorite). Steak hibachi is our new favorite with tender, flavorful always cooked to perfection steak. The shrimp tempura is always our appetizer. We go weekly- almost religiously.

Clint, did a really great job installing our VOIP phones initially and is genuinely a very personable guy and the reason I switched to Keep IT Simple. Laura, most recently did a really great job with Cornerstone Backups working on a problem for 3 straight days and got the issue resolved and went above and beyond. Today, Rob spent a really long time today working on fixing our printer and working directly with HP to work towards getting a replacement printer. Had to change my review. Although the service was great, the business aspect is horrible. We were over charged $25,000 on our credit card for duplicate charges and charges for quotes. We notified the owner and he assured us 5 months ago that he would correct and refund our money. 5 months later we have not heard anything from him. We are forced to turn over to legal and have found out that he has done this to other companies. Obviously we have switched vendors. Be AWARE if you use this company.. Do not give them your credit card number.. You will not get it back. Check your references with the MGMA.

Whenever our computers have an issue they come out onsite right away if needed, service us right away remotely and over the phone. They know Optometry equipment and worked on our OCT and Visual Field equipment, so it would integrate into our EHR system.
