David Burrow who is the owner of Btech, was referred to me by a another IT professional in the local Birmingham area. When I initially spoke with David he gave me a big sell job on all the high level work that he and his company was able to do and that the job I was hiring them to do would be no problem. The next day I was put in touch with their IT Director who took a look at my equipment and also said that the job would be no problem. I was told that I would be getting a quote for the work the following morning. Instead, what I got was a farewell letter stating that they had changed their minds for reasons that were false and made up. I attempted several times to reach David Burrow by phone to talk about it but he refused. I am writing this review to warn fellow business owners that David Burrow and his company are liars as well as a waste of time to deal with. They will try to give you a big sell job, touting all their past accomplishments and telling you how they want to partner with your business but all this is false and not true. What I think this company is after is big money jobs and clients and if they determine you are not going to be that, its sayonara! My best advice is to work with someone else.
