I took some clothes to be altered. I tried on everything so the owner could mark the spot to be hemmed and taken in. I then took it off. Came back at the time promise and there was sticky stuff like a patch that was on both sides. She said I no do nothing but hem. That was put on there under their watch and she did not take responsibility for it. There is no way that we both did not see and feel that on my pants front when I gave it to her. She had everything in a bag and she was looking funny when I said no I want to try all three pieces on. When I tried it on then I saw it. I paid $85.00 dollars for my 3 pieces and I had to pay $21.00 to have it cleaned. I will say use this company at your own risk. Because if it gets damaged while in their care they will deny it!! Worst customer service ever!! User BEWARE!!!
