It took a week or so to get them in for a quote and initial clean date. My husband and I were very impressed with how thorough the team was! They took great care with every inch of our home. I set an appointment to get my home cleaned throughly because Im almost 9 months pregnant and they set an appointment with me and canceled on me because ofthey dont clean in my area! Thats not notifies on your website that you only clan in an certain area a house is a house! So if you live in Metro Birmingham dont use this company it will be a waste of time!

First Touch cleaning has been a very positive experience for us! From the first “deep clean” up through today’s clean, I have been very satisfied! Usually the same two ladies come to clean and they do a fabulous job!!!They are always cheerful, helpful and cooperative. If I need a little extra help on a particular day, they are always willing to help me.We have a routine for housecleaning of ever two weeks, but if I need change the date or need more help; it’s only a text away. I have used First Touch for over 15 years and they are wonderful. I do not know what i would do without them. Because of my schedule the cleaning dates have to be changed often and they always accommodate me. They always do a great job with the cleaning and Ricardo makes sure the cleaning is done right. I used First Touch for approximately 6 months. I was impressed after my consultation estimate, and agreed to pay $100 for a deep clean of my condo. I thought this was a little high for the amount of space I have, but I thought the service would reflect it. The first cleaning was good, but they scratched one of my sinks. The owner personally came and tried to buff it out. On subsequent visits the quality of the cleaning began to worsen. They always offered to come out and take care of any issues, but that is an inconvenience that should not be necessary. Get it right the first time. Overall I like their flexibility on scheduling, but that does not make up for the poor cleanings I started getting. The last time they were out, they wiped down a leather chair with some kind of cleaning product. It left streaks that will not go away. That was the last straw for me.
