I recently joined Jaxs Unlimited program, and it is worth every penny. I now go to get my car vacuumed out and washed at least once a week. This last time my vehicle was serviced and inspected by John T. and I am blown away by the level of service, detail and quality I received. I have 2 kids who always seem to get crumbs in their car seats, and John and team even blasted away the crushed up crackers as a courtesy. I love my service and I love going to this location. Youve got a loyal customer for life.

They always do an excellent job in a timely manner, and the staff is extremely friendly and often go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for me. Quality inspector, Antoine E, is the man. Always remembers me, and makes a point to come say hello and joke around a little. Last visit he found something I lost under my seat, and instead of just leaving it somewhere I’d notice in the car, he took the time to personally bring it over and hand it to me. The employees and customer service standards make going to Jax an enjoyable experience, rather than just another annoying errand on the to do list.

I frequent this car wash as I have an unlimited membership. The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely friendly, professional, and pleasant. I always gave a good experience at the Birmingham location. I’m always happy to see Antoine E working. Aside from doing an amazing job and his attention to detail, he is extremely pleasant and always smiling. He goes out of his way to say hello. I know when he is working I can count on a very clean car! He’s awesome. It’s not very often you run across people like Antoine E. I choose this location over other ones just because of him and some if the other great employees.

Always efficient and quick and friendly

Cost $9 for an only decent car wash. They saw I wasnt giving a tip so they didnt even dry the back of my car. I dont recommend this car wash.

This is the best one, in the area! I will no longer use Troys location. The manger in Troy tried to charge me $129 for a car wash! I will no longer give that location my business and I will refer everyone and anyone to the Birmingham location!

Very poor service, just did a full service which is their most expensive one in the auto wash but honesty if I went for the cheapest it would have been the same quality.. they dont care about any detail as you can see from the rim pictures, they should have rinsed them to make sure it is clean but just driving half a mile the car is covered with he residues of the wheels sort!

For the price of $16 that I paid for an exterior car wash I would have assumed it would be a lot nicer than how it turned out. I purchased the Almost Everything wash and the wash itself was 20 seconds long if that and the attendant only sprayed half my vehicle prior to entering the automatic portion of the wash. After leaving the place I went to inspect the job at a gas station and my vehicle was left with water and soap marks/streaks everywhere. Barely even looked like I got a wash with how many spots were missed. I wouldve expected something like this with a $7 wash, but not $16. I wanted to plan on going back for an interior cleaning, but after this disaster, Im saving my money and not wasting my time.

A little pricier, but their machine seems to clean better & they towel dry pretty well afterwards

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Arrived at 5:58 and the vip service got me the outside and inside full service. When I pulled up, the staff said service is closed. After telling them (normal tone) that the machine offered the service the answer was “I don’t care that’s your problem “. I mentioned that they should then please check the machine and change the settings to avoid a confusion, the staff yelled I don’t have to criticize.Highly recommend Jax should look for employees who can talk normal to paying customers. Will definitely consider canceling the vip service and looking for a car wash with normal staff.

If I pay $20 for a car wash, I expect the whole car to be dried off. I watched them miss whole spots of the windshield, the rest of the car is dry only because of me driving home. Never coming back, I wish I washed it myself.

Just moved from the great state of Texas and I haven’t changed my license plates on my car. I purchased an unlimited wash subscription and the lady did not let me go through because I did not have Michigan license plates. She argued with me and did not let me through even though I did purchase a subscription.

Brought my car in for a full service cleaning and my key fob was lost by the crew cleaning my car. They also nearly broke the center console lid. They also didnt clean the interior very well. I would go to a different JAX location.

This place is a joke... Paid for a complete detail which should be a wash, wax, interior cleaning, shampoo carpets and seats. The no wax touched the outside of the vehicle let alone a hand on roof to clean up bird droppings, water marks all over and bug splats on the paint. For Crumbs and smudges on the trim. Highly suspect if the service which I received has more than 30 mins of work vs the $230 dollar 1.5 hr service which is what I should have received... don’t waste your money on any more than a car wash.....

Very kind staff but a bit upset at the interior clean I was given due to what I paid for. My car literally looked the same. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what ever the case may be but I was really not pleased at the service.

Great, friendly service. I always feel like the team at Jax does a thorough job. They’ll even send me back through the wash if they don’t think the exterior is clean enough. I also like Jax Unlimited Club, getting my car washed at least weekly.

This somewhat new policy of not being able to get an exterior AND interior wash without buying the unlimited monthly service for $40 per month is no good ... no good at all. Feels like a money grab to me, which means I wont go here anymore. Very disappointing!

Ive visited several locations, and they always do a great job. I have the monthly unlimited plan. I recommend it, its a good value for the price. They must have great management, a couple of times, my car was sent back through because they, not me, werent happy with the results.

Purchased the the everything package for $32 and saw my car pulled up right next to Woodward and ignored on Sunday morning.I inquired and one of the workers said they over there will take care of it. The long and short it took the manager who was flustered— floor Matt was muddy, vacuum job was poor if at all done, 10 point inspection a joke. Couldn’t be more disappointed as I could have gone to $5 Drive in and been happier. Not what it used to be— never go back

I have been in the monthly club for nearly a year now and the value is great. During the winter it is great to be able get my Jeep clean every day if I wish. All the locations are consistently friendly, helpful and dry the car very well. I give a buck or two each time to those hardworking guys. I have had two full details done and happy with those services too.

Absolutely the worst car wash, I drive in and they want to up sell me on monthly washes but can’t get the basic car wash done right. Windows were not cleaned fully, dust all over inside, vacuuming was half-hearted and drying was very spotty, AVOID at all cost!!!

The staff could not have been any more friendly or professional, from the greeters in the booth, to the ones who vacuumed the interior, the delightful lady at the desk, and the guys who did such a fantastic job cleaning the interior. I have an English bulldog that sheds like crazy, and they did an amazing job getting all his hair out of my car. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

They do great job cleaning your car in and out. Whether your a one time visitor or member, this place is a great place to clean your car. However, if you clean your car more often, then consider being a member. Their services tend to be a bit inferior than usual when queue mounts up.
