My experience at 45 inc has been nothing but stellar. Although I was extremely nervous when I first started, they made me feel welcome from day one. I was introduced me to a great team environment where everyone is determined to help each other get to their goals. Not only are was I surrounded by goal oriented people, but this job also helped me develop myself personally in regards to my work ethic. 45 inc is a great place for growth as there are many opportunities for advancement and teaches you everything you need to know to run your own business.

The only word to describe my experience at 45 Inc. is incredible! From one-on-one coaching from the CEO to going to the National Conference, the opportunities 45 Inc. has given me has definitely developed me better professionally. They pride themselves on growing and developing their employees--while also having a work hard, play hard mentality. I could not have asked for a better environment to work in and experience within my career.

Words can’t explain the strong impression 45 inc has left on me. But I’ll do my best to try. I was only there for 3 weeks . During those 3 weeks I felt so appreciated, better yet I felt loved. I have history coming from jobs who only care about what you can offer to their company and the productivity you give their business but can care LESS about your personal life, your personal development or just you as a person. So I was taken back when my team leads on multiple occasions payed for my meal or bought me breakfast when I hit my goals. Or gave me a car charger if mines wasn’t working so I can have a way of communication, or the fun, positive huddles with the team. Or when the manager wanted to meet up with the new hires for coffee just to get to know us and a chance for us to ask questions about the company. Or even 1 on 1 with the manager to devise a plan to see how this job can work and help achieve all of my personal goals. I’m so used to keeping my dreams and goals a secret from companies for fear that they may let me go or better yet not even hired because they believe it will conflict each other. This place is not for everyone. I wouldn’t even look at it like a job really. But more like a investment to your future. Its management in training. You have to be willing to invest your time. And put in the work. I do think the benefits are worth it. It’s not for lazy people. It’s not a place where you will clock in and expect to get a check. As much as i loved this place . At the particular time in my life I wasn’t prepared for the company. And it wasn’t what I was looking for at the time. Maybe in the future I may be lucky enough to revisit the opportunity. I would only recommend this company to those who are truly entrepreneurs, want to own their own business and are open minded to success in development in their personal lives and in the high advancement in their careers. The encouragement, support, wisdom and knowledge, is all there if your open and accepting to receive it.

45 Inc. is a great place to jumpstart your career, especially for college grads. When I left school, I didnt know what I wanted to do as my career. I came in for my preliminary interview not really expecting much, and now, 8+ months into the business and 2 promotions later, I have the skills and mindset to conquer my goals and be an entrepenuer- and I still have so much more opportunity ahead of me! It was a privilege for me to experience an internship here at 45 Inc. My supervisors here have become family while watching me grow and learn as a student. I came here when I saw the opportunity to gain experience in marketing, but I learned more than just how to market a brand. I experienced the overall management process through being able to see the company from the scope of a human resources administrator and personally experiencing the daily struggles in this business. My administrators Kitana, Nekia, Jeniah, and Wrinardo gave me the perfect level of assistance and sat down with me during a task while making sure I had the independence as well. My projects which I was assigned really gave me the chance to understand the intricacies of social media with all the nit picky that go into using these various outlets. If you as a person have aspirations of being a leader or manager 45 Inc is the perfect company to hone your skills at.

Problematic to have their business in Edenton. Their employees make so much noise in the parking lot after hours and late into the night. This is a residential neighborhood and we’ve had to call in noise complaints twice.
