I cannot recommend this company enough. I walked into my just-purchased home to find 3 feet of water in the basement. Obviously I was horrified, stressed and bewildered. Jesse, Jake and Laura were the ultimate team and came in quickly with the greatest professionalism. They were able to get the water out, defunk the place, spray for mold and leave me feeling relieved amidst it all. They also only sold me what I needed and were kind enough to steer me away from purchasing more than necessary. We used Puro Clean after we had a sump pump explode in our basement. It was an insurance claim and we had multiple quotes from different companies and could not find one to work with us. Our neighbor had a major flood and they had an amazing experience with Puro Clean, so I called them. They came to our Rescue! They are pros at dealing with insurance claims which really made it easier on us as the homeowners! They were always on time, good communicators, and helpful at helping us figure out all the logistics which would have been such a headache without them—knowing all the insurance language and details. I can not recommend them enough. You won’t be sorry if you use them for any home repairs

We were very pleased with the work that PuroClean and Ray’s team did repairing damage done from a hot water heater failure that flooded our basement. They replaced, repaired and painted drywall that was damaged in our den, storage room and garage. They also replaced cabinets in the garage and installed luxury vinyl tile in our den. The final result looks great! I would highly recommend Puroclean and use them again in the future!

They took a very scary experience (fire damage) and held our hands and made the recovery so easy. Step by step they were professional every visit, worked tirelessly and communicated the whole way about next steps and timing. Laura and Jacob on the clean up team were so kind and generous with their time in scheduling visits to ensure the house was completely restored eliminating the smoke damage throughout the house. We had PuroClean renovate our house. Our Project Manager, Rey Escobar, was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. He communicated with us almost daily on the status of our renovation and was always willing to meet at the house when we wanted to review something in person. The renovations were completed on time and within budget. The Reconstruction Manager, Emmanuel Martinez, was equally helpful and communicative. We are really happy with the work PuroClean did for us.

PuroClean took care of cleaning up my elderly Uncles apartment after a long period of no one cleaning for him. Furniture, floors, bathrooms, kitchen were all in very bad shape. In doing some work on our house, we unfortunately discovered what looked to be mold growing in the wall behind our kitchen sink. We called PuroClean, and they came to our house immediately. After confirming that it was indeed mold, the PuroClean professionals got to work at once. They did a very thorough—yet still very quick—job, and fixed our problem. PuroClean also took the time to walk my husband and I through the process, and explained why they did what they did, and the suggested what was necessary without overcharging. They could not have been more polite. Simply put, I would recommend PuroClean wholeheartedly—they did a super job for us.

Last week I had a friend vomit in my car. I called PuroClean to help with the terrible smell. After a day or two of running their machine in my car, the smell was completely gone. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if anyone is ever in need of their services.

Fire ppl for no reason

Johnny and Scottie were right on time. They listened to what I needed and explained the process. The carpet looked great and smelled great too!

We had a small fire in the living room which left soot on everything and some smoke damage. I met with PuroClean the next day and they had their crew at my house the following day. They helped me get in touch with other businesses to get my textiles and clothes cleaned, HVAC vents cleaned, and had lots of good advice about how to recover from the small fire.

Hunter and his staff were prompt in both scheduling and showing up for the estimate, and then did thorough but quick work to restore an area in the house from water damage.I hope to not have need of them in the future, but if I do, I will be calling PuroClean again for assistance.

We just purchased a house where the previous owner was a heavy smoker. The house not only smelled like smoke, but musty as well. We called PuroClean to come out and take a look. They came out the same day and completed their odor control and mold remediation service. They have a friendly staff that gave us an overview of the process that was to be performed. They set up their equipment the same day and when we returned just a few hours later, we could already tell a huge difference. I highly recommend PuroClean not only for the results but for their friendly and accommodating staff.
