I’d like to share my experiences of working with Dawn Calvert at V&W for the past 15 plus years. I’m a kitchen and bath designer. I rely on Dawn’s vast knowledge and many years in the plumbing industry to help guide my clients in making the best choices for their home. Dawn is professional and easy to work with, putting my clients at ease when making important decisions about their project. The previous review where someone called Dawn out specifically for one possibly missing part is simply inaccurate. I’d say my years of experience and great service with Dawn and V&W should outweigh one person’s bad day and ugly comments.

Visted the bham location today had phenomenal service brandon was great and extremely helpful.

If youre a big company and want to do business with V & W, then youll probably get treated right.But, from my personal experience as an individual, they couldnt care less about you.They did not have the part in stock, and they had no interest in trying to obtain it for me. (even though they said they order it if I couldnt get it anywhere else)Ive never been to a business that turns away a customer like this.So, I can take a hint, I will not be back!

Lauren Doss of V&W Supply Company was tremendously helpful to my husband and me recently when we remodeled both of our bathrooms. V&W has a large selection of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, ranging in style from traditional to ultra-modern. Lauren met with us and walked us through their large showroom, demonstrating features of the various products, helping us to chose products that would fit our needs and budget. After we had made our selections, she coordinated the delivery with our contractor, and the delivery arrived perfectly on schedule. All of the products are high quality at an affordable price. We highly recommend V&W Supply Company for bathroom and kitchen fixtures and plumbing needs.

Awful customer service. First of all, it took them forever to get the shipment for our order. When the plumber came to install everything there was a piece missing. I called about it on Friday and said they would call me back. They never did, so I had to call again on Monday. The lady who sold us the items (Dawn) was very curt, saying that she had put that piece in the box herself and she could order another one, but she would have to charge me for it. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me or the way she handled the situation. She made it sound like I was lying about the missing piece. I told her to not order another one, that I found it on amazon and would get it from there. Thank you very much (not). Never ordering from there again, especially from Dawn!

I stopped by to see a Kohler faucet in person, I was told I needed an appointment. The faucet I came to look at was literally 15 feet from me, the front desk guy chuckled when I asked if I could just look at that one faucet and be on my way, he shook his head while exaggerating a nooooooo. I would have called back and placed the order with their sales person but went a mile down the road to Southern Pipe & Supply and purchased the faucet. Work on your customer service.

Dawn is always my go to when I need professional and timely help. She is knowledgeable about all products and quick to suggest products to fit your needs. The showroom is top notch and a great place to take clients. Thanks for all your help!

As a builder, we are only as good as the team we have working alongside of us. Dawn with V&W in Birmingham is a standout. She is organized and knowledgeable. The showroom is great for the customer on the front-end, and the service from Dawn and the team is a huge asset for me when it comes times to get the fixtures to the job sight!

Waited until store opened to call on a Saturday morning about a tool I needed for a project I’m in the middle of. My call was answered and the phone was immediately hung up on three times over the course of an hour. Guess y’all dont need my business that bad. Heading over to one of your competitors now. Not the way to grow your business, folks. I won’t be bothering you again.

Great customer service and Dawn is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best in the business. To the person who had a bad experience with her, that is totally a fluke. Writing something negative over a simple part and the slander of a great sales persons name is well you decide. I would highly recommend Dawn and VW Supply for any plumbing needs that you have. Bought a replacement kitchen faucet here 5 years ago for nearly $500.00. After 3 years of use we began having problems with it. After another recent problem I decided to call V&W today about it. I spoke to a salesman ( Buck ? ) and asked if a faucet should last longer than that. His reply “ I don’t know. What do you want me to do about it ?”. I asked if these things usually have warranties or what. He was so rude and unhelpful. He did tell me the model number of my faucet so I could call the manufacturer- I asked if he could email it to me. He said “ no”. Well he didn’t ask me if I’d be buying any of my plumbing supplies there when we build our new home next year- because that answer would have been “ no “.He finally just said “ call delta. Their number is 1-800- DELTA. Ha. He made it up. It’s not even enough characters. Won’t use anyplace that doesn’t help me politely with something I’ve bought there. The end.
