Expectations were met. Would recommend

We used Rebath for my mom’s bathroom remodel. As another customer stated, You need to record the ENTIRE conversation as their representative turns their recorder off and on. Too many “misunderstandings “ to list. The people are very nice but the work is super sloppy and costs multiple times what a local person would charge - we spent just as much money on remodeling The bathroom area with Rebath as we did remodeling the ENTIRE remainder of the 2900+ sq ft house. Rebath wanted 5 times the cost of a cabinet as a local person did!!! We did make some changes during the remodel but that doesn’t justify the walls not being squared or gaps in Sheetrock. Just so very disappointed .

Our installers were very courteous and did a good job. I am rating four stars instead of five because they were very late.We have had our shower more than a year now and we are pleased with it. The one thing I would like better is if the caulk did not mold. We squeegee the shower every time we use it but still it molds. Other than that, everything is fine. It looks great and works well.

I had Rebath come out to the house again after using them a couple years ago to replace a bath tub and turn it into a walk in shower, so hopefully it will be safer. They did a great job. Such nice people.

We had Re-Bath come and give us an estimate. They were going to replace the bathtub and toilet and tile the floor (not the walls) with rather large tiles. They were also going to put a door in to separate one part of the bathroom from the other. They were not going to touch the vanity, sinks, or walls. This is about a 60 square foot bathroom. Total estimate, $14,416. A professional contractor and home builder told me later this is really about a $3,500 job, which is about what its costing me by simply hiring labor separately and buying the materials myself. Re-Baths estimate comes to about $200 per square foot. Thats twice as much as it cost to build a new home in this area. The salesman was nice. The products are limited, because they only work with a certain line. Another big problem, yes, they will get it all done in a week, but they couldnt start until two months later.In response to the owners response, Im already well into my bathroom remodeling, which is costing me about $3,000. If Re-Bath wants to improve, they can simply charge a fair amount for their services. I would have been willing to pay up to double the amount its costing me just to hire one company and let them do all the work. But Re-Bath wanted to charge me quadruple. Just because they can find people who dont know the cost of things to pay their prices, doesnt make it OK.

These guys are amazing and did a fantastic job with our bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Ill recommend to anyone.

The whole project went as scheduled, once all the materials were ordered which took many weeks. The installer was outstanding, knew what he was doing, and got it completed on the promised time. The materials are superior. The new bathroom was installed with a deep look at the plumbing that needed to be replaced as part of the price. I highly recommend Rebath.

The bathroom remodel looks great. The workmanship is very good. I was looking for a grade between good and great. I was disappointed with the choices of material, but I now think it looks better than it would have if I had had a larger choice. The professional they sent to supervise was very knowledgeable, competent, and very easy to deal with. As was the main office when I had an issue. (of my own creation - a change to the original plan.) It was more costly than I was expecting, and took a really long time. But after speaking to friends who also had bath renovations, it was well within the going rate/time.

I had an estimate done, for changing tub to shower. $15,000.00. Its all plastic. Not even real tile or anything. Another estimate was $ 3000.00. I would not recommend this place, and they should be ashamed for charging that much for nothing.

I see them on TV a lot and called them to look at my master bathroom. They redid the shower and now I have a lot more room. I would recommend them.

Just had a shower installed in my master bathroom. After the installer was done I notice 1.5 inches of opening across the shower door. I asked the installer was this supposed to be like this and he answered thats how the door came. I refuse to believe that a shower door is supposed to have that much opening at the top to let water spill out on the bathroom floor is acceptable. Either the installer was inexperienced or did not know what he was doing. I paid a lot of money and waited 11 weeks for a very unprofessional job. I will not use Re-bath for my other bathroom.

After putting it off for a while, we finally got Rebath out to the house to update the old style bathroom. I definitely don’t miss my blue tub! We are definitely enjoying the new modern style bathroom they did for us. They rennovated the entire bathroom for us and it was a very nice experience. I definitely recommend them!

I was very happy with the whole experience from the sales person, Ken to the install. It was a little wait until the final but so worth it. I highly recommend them to everyone I show my pretty bath to.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST REMODEL AND WE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WE WANTED TO DO WITH OUR BATHROOM BUT WE KNEW IT WAS OLD AND WAS IN DIRE NEED OF A FACELIFT. WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND THRU THEM WE WERE CONNECTED TO RE-BATH.. MR. SMITH AND MR. CLINGING CAME TO OUR HOUSE WITH SAMPLES OF ALL THEIR PRODUCTS AND PATIENTLY HELPED US DECIDE EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE WANTING TO DO TO OUR BATHROOM.THE DAY FOR OUR REMODEL CAME SOONER THAN WE EXPECTED BUT WE WERE READY AND EXCITED TO START. IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. SEAN WAS OUR MIRACLE WORKER, HE TOOK THE TUB OUT, THE WALLS IN THE AREA DOWN TO THE STUDS, REPLACED ALL THE PLUMBING THEN STARTED TO REBUILD FROM THE FLOOR UP. HE WORKED DILIGENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. BEFORE, I ALWAYS SHUT THE BATHROOM DOOR BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE IT FROM THE FRONT DOOR ( WE HAVE A RANCH HOME) AND I WAS ASHAMED OF WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE. NOW I PROUDLY KEEP THE DOOR OPEN TO SHOW THE BEAUTY OF THE ROOM. WE WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE FROM RE-BATH WHO HELPED US COMPLETE OUR DREAM.

Manger said I was lucky, the other salesman tells a lot more lies . You should record salesman the whole time they are at your house, instead of letting them turn camera on and off when they want to .If the installer says its ok for him to write on the product instead of putting tape on,He is wrong the pencil will leave scratches that will never come off . Installer said that he would be fired if he fixed any damages to your house that he did .I went with them because of Home Depot . I no longer shop at Home Depot because of Re-bath.

Wish Id read the Google reviews before I even attempted to book this appointment. I made an appointment to have my elderly grandparents bathroom remodeled to make it easier for them. The staff was very quick to want to cancel the appointment because 3 working adults could not be at the consulttion at the same time. An awful experience. They lost my grandparents busines and the business for my 3 rental properties.

I called and ask for a job quote. They explained to me that I would need to complete a lengthy form in order to proceed as it was an investment property. Well, after spending 15 minutes completing the form and following up with phone calls, I did not even receive the courtesy of having someone call me to quote the job. I ended up going with another business that was happy to service my needs.

They did an amazing work but made a mistake on my floor when they didnt level it correctly. After I mentioned it the supervisor they had to replace the whole floor to fix it. For the kind of mistake they did, I expected them to run away but they made sure it was done right. I was worried at first but believe me, they did the right thing and that is hard to come by. Although they made a mistake and it cost extra time, they are a super super company for owning it and making it right! I would definitely recommend!

I am simply in love with the job re-bath did in my home. It has been approximately a year and everything still looks brand new. I have gotten nothing but compliments and rave reviews from everyone that has stepped foot in it. The workers were fast and delivered as promised. It took roughly a lil over two days because the entire bathroom was stripped out and redone. The flooring, plumbing and all. I completely did away with my bathtub and went with a walkin shower with a bench instead due to back issues I have. I will tell anyone, other than buying my home & sending my kids to college, this has been the single best investment I have made in a longggg time, if not ever. Good job you guys!!!
