Cahaba Plumbing responded same day to unclog my Moms kitchen drain. I did not know she had a problem and happened to be there when Donovan arrived. He was able to get there sooner than the estimated time and he was extremely professional, careful and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate everything they did to help my Mom.

Please consider getting a second estimate before you allow Cahaba plumbing to work. I had a discharge leak from sewage ejector pump. Jan(I believe he is owner of Cahaba Plumbing) gave me a quote of $5000.00.I called Drain Works for a second quote. There quote was $1920. But they finished the work faster than expected. They charged me only $1190. They were very professional

This company has the worst customer service! I paid for my fireplace to be repaired. It still isnt working properly and the owner, Jan White, will not schedule someone to come back out. I have repeatedly reached out since January 4th, to no avail. It is now February 2nd. I didnt even need someone right away. Ive been patient. I just needed him to communicate and schedule. All of our text messages are attached to this review. After my last text, he reached out and let me know he would definitely call me yesterday to schedule. Of course, he didnt. I now need to pay for someone else to come out and finish repairing my fireplace.

We had an emergency break in our sewer line, and these guys were awesome. Had the whole thing finished in a few days, helped deal with insurance, didnt have any cost overruns, and even tolerated all my dumb plumbing questions. Greg and DJ did really great work. They were professional and incredibly hard-working. I highly recommend.

DO NOT USE CAWABA PLUMBING. For what its worth, I strongly encourage you NOT use Cahaba Plumbing. They were unprofessional (playing music while working and I was on a conference call for my job), did not provide any kind of quote or invoice, and were VERY rude when requesting payment. And they OVERCHARGED me. I feel so taken advantage of. To install a kitchen faucet (not including the cost of the faucet) and to install a disposal (including the cost of the disposal), they charged me $775.

I dont give 5* ratings very often but this company deserves every star! I called in on Wednesday, sent a photo of the shower via text later that night, was given a quote and set a time for Thursday. The plumber, a young guy named D.J., called before he came out and waited a few minutes for me until i was able to get there. He was very professional, worked very quickly, and did an outstanding job. The final cost was exactly as quoted. DJ even let us know how to request a water bill refund from the water company because of the cost of our water leak.Listen, there are a ton of companies you can call, I researched many and called several. Big companies with 100s of reviews and a fleet of trucks. Most charge you a flat fee just to come out ($79-129 seems to be the going rate) and they may or may not do good work, but this is a smaller local company (DJ works out of his car not a big truck/van) that did excellent work at a price that was more than fair with a high level of customer service. Support your local businesses and give this company a try.I have some additional work that I want done on my plumbing and I guarantee I will be cslling Cahaba Plumbing & Gas first!

Sink was stopped up. I tried to fix. Clogged solid and I ended up breaking a pipe. I called and DJ was able to come out on Sunday afternoon. Was able to repair in about 3 hours. Way above my ability. Fair price. Would use again.

Responded quickly to an emergency call that required new plumbing fixture. Job completed promptly even though part had to be ordered. Not the first time we’ve worked with Cahaba Plumbing and we will definitely call them again.

What great services I called in about service and with in 2 hours I had someone on site very professional and respectful highly would recommend.

Very nice employees that work for this plumbing company. The man that came to my house was D.J. He was a very well mannered and polite young man.
