Visiting my Grandparents they were so impressed with Joe Hudsons Collision Center but didnt know how to leave a review. 😉 They went in for a bumper repair and when they came to pick up the vehicle, found it was cleaned inside and out and they even cleaned the tires. Nanny said it was first class service. The bumper is like new again. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally poor customer service. Multiple appointments made but when I called the day before my appointment to confirm, they had not ordered parts yet and were not prepared for my repair. Look elsewhere.

On my way to work one night, a dog happened to be in the street and unfortunately ran it over and damage was done to my driver side bumper. Was recommended to this shop via my insurance. I was told it would be 3 weeks until they would be able to get to my car to start working on it. So I go up there in person, 3 weeks later and they said they were waiting on a part and my car will be fixed the following weekend. I also inform someone in the office that after the accident, my car would not shift from park to drive. He sounded surprised. But how would you be, if you drove the car into the repair stall, you would known already right Call? Get this, after that he informed me my estimate would be adjusted for that as well....at this point, Im confused and highly frustrated. Nobody from this place has called,, texted,, or emailed me any communificarion on my car status the entire time...Call back the day before the estimated day for pick up to ensure my car would be ready..I spoke to Becky or Debbie or whatever her name was and she answered the phone as If I had personally done something to her to deserve her attitude. I called to inquire about the status of my car pick up. After being put on hold for several minutes she tells me my car is still in the body shop because a part hasnt came in for it yet. I tried to explain that I was simply inquiring because I needed to have an idea if I needed a rent a car in the meantime but before I could get any more words out, she rushed me off the phone with a goodbye. Utterly rude and and Im so disgusted...

I hope I dont have to get auto body repairs again but if so, I will definitely use JHCC again. Friendly staff who keeps you well informed along the entire process in a very timely manner.Very good and quality work from what I can tell thus far since getting my car back last week.

I took my new truck to Joe Hudson #1 because they have worked on previous vehicles for me and #2 they are a preferred repair shop with my insurance company. This streamlined the process and made it smooth. The staff here are very courteous and kept me updated as to the repairs on my truck every few days. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Hopefully I never have to use them in the future, but will if the need arises.

This Auto-Body shop was a preferred shop with my Auto Insurance and Im glad I decided to go with them. Their work is impeccable, and they matched the paint spot on. It literally looks better than it did when I bought it, having said that I would have it back like it was just not to have to pay the deductible and have this incident on my MVR. Anyways, super nice people, very professional, superior work, and they guarantee their work for the life of the car! So really its a no brainer if youre in need of their services and are relatively close you wont regret choosing Joe Hudsons.

Joe Hudson’s in Trussville did not disappoint! I am 150% happy with the job they did on my Mazda6...I was kept informed on what was being done and the timeframe in which it would be completed. From the first call I made to set up my appointment and spoke with Tony, I was impressed. All the men were respectful, listened to what I had to say and kept in touch through email, text and occasional phone call on how things were going with my truck. These folks are great. I didnt have much damage, but the damage I had was repaired quickly, professionally, and looks great. The staff kept me up to date on where they were in the repair process. They made great notes regarding everything I wanted repaired, they didnt miss a single item. All panels line up properly like factory, paint looks factory, emblem placement is perfect, manufacturers screws and plastic inserts were used so as to not look like it had been repaired/replaced. I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly professional repair.

I was very pleased with how quickly this process was completed. Jamey was very nice and informative. They kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle repairs. They saved me money by calling me and discussing a small issue on the vehicle and let me decide how to proceed. They finished my repairs a day earlier than they were suppose to. I would use this collision center again and would recommend it to others. They even detailed the car.

They gave us a very thorough estimate, communicated well with us and with our insurance company and then completed the repairs to the car quicker than we expected. The car looks and drives great. They repaired my car after hitting a deer. About two years later there was a creaking noise in the front. Took to Ford dealer and they found that when Hudson put the bumper back on they cross threaded a bolt. Had to pay the dealer to reinstall the bumper correctly. I contacted Hudson and sent them the dealer invoice with explanation of what was done. Hudson would not reply. So much for their life time warranty! Wont go there again.

We have used Joe Hudsons Trussville location in the past and were very happy with the results and the short amount of time they needed to keep our car to do the repairs. This experience was exactly the same. They did a pre-inspection on our car and set up the appointment for the car to be dropped off. In the meantime, they ordered all the necessary parts. Our car went in on a Thursday afternoon and we got it back literally 25 hours later. They went over the paperwork with me and then we walked around the car outside to make sure I was totally satisfied. Very professional, courteous staff. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body or paint work done on their vehicle.

Everyone at Joe Hudsons was friendly and easy to work with. My work was completed in the time I was told it would be done. My car looks great. The thing that was extremely frustrating during this experience was dealing with Hertz, which State Farm required I use. I was supposed to get picked up at 9. Called the office at 9:15 and was told someone would get me by 10. It was shortly after 10 that I was picked up, then was told it would only take 3 minutes to get my rental once we got to the office...downtown. I sat at the office downtown until after 11 waiting for them to get a vehicle for me. I will NEVER use Hertz here again and was very disappointed that I could have possibly requested another company. Excellent/Outstanding Customer Service. Everyone I came into contact with here were courteous and helpful (yes even the workers in the back when I had to get something out of my car). Outstanding Repair and Paint job. They were very particular about the parts they received to repair my vehicle and reordered a part they found unacceptable. They explained the problem with the part to me and informed me this would cause a delay in getting my vehicle back. I believe they go above and beyond all expectations to please their customersMy repaired and painted vehicle looks fantastic. Paint job includes an excellent warranty coverage.I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The staff was first very helpful in informing me of the time in which the repair was going to take place and the estimated cost. When the parts they received were not to their standard, or liking, the staff then called me to inform me that they would have to order another part. I recall stating to one of the customer service reps. that I appreciated the customer service; it certainly came at a time when I was already, prior to taking my vehicle into the shop, inconvenienced. They did a great job with my car. To find out later there were things missing from my vehicle. When I went looking for them. They found one of my items a cargo net in the office. I was wondering where was my RED travel chair that has HONDA on it brand new and my spare tire was also missing. Joe Hudson is saying I may not be an actual customer because they dont see me in their system Im married now Im in your system as Terrar Fowler around March 5, 2018. Im a real customer I even came once I realized my things were missing and told the nice lady that was at the desk about them. She said she would let someone know and they will get in touch but never did.

I am completely satisfied with the service at Joe Hudsons Collision Center, on Gadsden Hwy in Trussville, AL. Starting with administrative assistant Becky, all the people in the different offices, down to the detail department. Everyone was very professional and courteous from the beginning when I made the appointment, then took my vehicle in for the estimate, to when I picked up my vehicle yesterday. The tone in their voices were very calming, that could be one of the reasons I did not mind waiting for over three hours for my rental, which never showed up. Everyone was wonderful and concerned. Becky even called another car rental company and my insurance to get the rental service switched. Talk about customer serve, this experience exceeded my expectation. Loved it doesnt even describe the service we received.We turned our 2011 Toyota 4-runner in to Joe Hudson thinking we would never get the same vehicle back after being rear-ended. We were SO wrong. We just picked our car up and received it in better condition than when we bought it used in 2013.
