Quick service on getting 2 tires replaced on the work van.

This place was all the way around a bad experience!! I personally did not meet these people and it is for the best! I however did let my husband take our pick up to this business. I washed this truck on 5-12-2020 and we aired up the tires. My husband informed me it would be best to get new tires we have two small kids the last thing he wants is us stuck on the side of the rode. He takes the truck on 5-13-2020 to this place and gets it four new tires!! I WAS so excited until I am washing this truck on 5-15-20 an I maybe odd, but I wash and check my spare tire!! To my surprise it is not there and I do mean bracket and all!!! It is a pick up so when you look under the bed it is supposed to be there and that tire had been there up until that day since 2015 when it was purchased brand new from Firestone! I tell my husband we look together (he really though I was joking I wish I was) I dont know if you guys know anything about pickup spare tires, but a bolt and bracket hold it up so it will not fall off! The owner was called and my husband was told this just fell off while he was driving it!!! It fell off and my husband had no idea while he was driving down the road!!!!! That is ludicrous and I am not going to take that!! Even worse thats my truck and I drive our two small kids and would not have had a spare if I needed it!! If they have done your tires you may want to go check the spare if you have one thats something you dont know is missing till you need it!!!

Well folks hate to tell yall if u get tires from here and 6 months later they have knots on the side wall and no thread left at all they will not stand behind their products we will not buy anything here again ill even post pics of the tire when I get a chance to to show just how cheap of a vehicle tire they sell. 500$ for a few months then will not stand behind them . thats bad bussiness .
