Ive been with them for a while now and an unusual situation occurred that had not happened before. I spoke with the manager initially and then the GM, both were extremely helpful. The GM was able to resolve my issue in less than an hour. Each re0 I spoke with was very professional. I would definitely recommend Acceptance Insurance.

Back in early in early 2000 I had Accepted insurance ms.Teon was my agent then and still one now 2020 .was good with what she did then & now and still stands strong with what she and Ms.Norma do they are very professional with giving best advice when u not sure of something u needed help with understand before u walk out they make sure you do understand everything about ur policy I can go on say more good things about them but go there and see all good hospitality that they give you so my hands goes up to Ms. Norma and Ms.Teon they do it better at Acceptance insurance in Eastwood
