Awesome service ...friendly... On time with a smile

Super-easy check in and baggage check experience! We checked our bags outside and it went so smoothly. Also, we valet parked for a change and that was nice. We made it thru the terminal with so much time left over that we had a nice breakfast before going to the gate for a seamless boarding. Very good job today, Southwest!

GREAT SERVICE! One of our check-in bags got destroyed during our flight form San Diego,CA to Birmingham,AL via a short stopover in Las Vegas just 2 weeks ago. We werent too happy obviously but a very courteous Southwest employee named Edward directed us to his office and sorted out the issue to our complete satisfaction. Thanks Southwest..the only airline we choose!
