Love this place. We buy all our restaurant supplies, food, bacon, hams, eggs, and any other fast moving items. We go twice a week to get these and many other items. Everything has been top quality. Their 50 lb bags of potatoes are the best for home made French fries and home fries. The bags we get are from Prince Edward island and are the best. The 3 lb Black Forest bacon and Buffet hams are the best. Everything we get there is great, thats why we go back. Youll be super impressed with their produce department. Highly recommend.

Its a toss up work the price of groceries constantly going up. Still fairly decent employees though.

Few employees need to work on their Customer Service skills. They should be audited time to time by the management.

The corn was to big, the squash was really soft, and the green beans were bad air that I went to get I didnt get the worst veggies I have ever seen at Maines and I love shopping there dont know what has happened to them but they are going down hill. I will go again and try it

Went in without a mask looking to purchase a brisket. I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. The girl at the counter lost her mind and threw a fit stomping her feet and threatening me to get out. Got the manager. The manager and others profusely refused to respect my medical exemption and surrounded me and telling me to put on a face diaper. I left. Will not return and am boycotting this liberal establishment for good. Discrimination for a maskless American is a disgrace to our country. BOYCOTT!!!!

Decent selection. Not like a bigger grocery store. Good if you need large quantities. Meat selection is good.

Love this store but tonight they had long line and only one cash register open. Only had a couple items so it was annoying to wait in the line with six people in front of me. Several employees walking around. No reason someone couldnt open another line. Other than that, store was clean, they were trying their best to follow social distance within the long line. They also cleaned the belt at the register between customers.

Manes was one of my favorite stores in Henrietta to shop I liked it better than Cosco‘s and I liked it better than restaurant depot are used to order cases of escrow already cleaned and bags for my escrow and beans and it was always fresh and beautiful plus money other vegetables and fruits and meats that I bought from manes. I’m very disappointed that the right the store was closed in Greece and wanted to know if there were any plans to reopen there in the future or otherwise how I could order some of the vegetables that I had been getting from manes in the past I wish somebody could let me know thank you

Absolutely terrible customer service, I was trying to get a product, THAT WAS ON SALE, and they would not give me the deal. I’m not at all sorry for trying to get a good deal and having them all be nasty to me saying “the deal is a one day thing” I mean excuse me for actually reading the email I got THAT SAYS ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE THAT THE DEAL WAS A ONE DAY THING. I will be reporting the women that were despicable to me.

Great place to buy in bulk, especially if you are feeding an army or having a block party. Meats, frozen food, fresh or canned vegetables. A LOT of coffee and plenty of condiments. Not just for restaurants but.....

They pulled a bait and switch on me, advertised 16 to 20 shrimp on sale. But of course they sold out so heres 21 to 26 instead. I am catering a lunch so I had to take their switch. No offer for raincheck or nothing! Seems like management would be prepared at Christmas time, or I guess lack of management. Ill pay the club membership as they have ample quantities and value their customers needs!

We love means for everything from their produce to anything you can imagine that you need to buy in bulk and then repackage yourself at home. Great prices and if the butchers are on staff you buy a large super big cut of meat theyll cut it down and smaller portions for you. You dont need a special card you dont have to have a special membership

This place has a lot of supplies and party needs you cannot find any place else locally, and the prices are fairly reasonable . Ive been going to this store for over 10 years, however some of their more common items like drinks, snacks and things like that can be purchased at Walmart or other comparable stores for much less.

Love the kitchen gadgets as well as fresh produce. Family meat packages are a good buy.

Maines is great for buying vegetables like potatoes and, meat, onions in large amounts. For just regular purchases like, Barilla pasta, for instance, you will pay more than other local grocery stores. I got some great apples there today as well as my ham for Thanksgiving and the candy for trick or treaters. If you know your prices, you can do well here.

Glad they did not fold when Maines went down

Wanted butcher to cut a steak for me that was over 1 pound and he says he cant because it would shred. I sliced meat for 2 years and could have done it... Where do you people get their training or was he just lazy? Why how someone who wont do the only thing they were hired for?

I have been going to Maines for over 20 years for all my bulk needs and party needs and meats it is the best priced and all the departments are always helpful the meat department will cut larger cuts the way you want them. The deli department will cut bulk lunch meat the way you like with no increase in the price I drive two hours to go to Maines it is well worth the drive.

Like any other store, items are limited. Only got a few things still over $100

The meat dept. is great! Dave Bunker cut & trimmed two whole ribeyes for me in about 17 minutes. All bulk wrapped as I asked. Maines prices are equal or better than other stores. Meat selection is excellent. Shrimp $ are hard to beat. Produce is nice- way better than Wal Mart. Wish it was closer to home.

Horrible customer service at the meat dept. They lie and say theyll do any cut or at least get it for you but I asked for a French cut turkey they didnt even know what I was talking about and said they wont even attempt to accommodate. Ill be taking my business else where and I suggest that you do the same.

I like this store. Theres a lot of bulk food in a relatively small amount of floor space. I dont have to waste time like I do some other stores in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff. From the associate on the floor who guided me to what I was looking for to the cashier who was smiling and enjoying the interaction with the customers.
