Closed down permanently, relocated about a mile away.

4/19/2019I bought a used desk today. The price was $175. I thought that was a bit pricey but I bought it anyways. I got home and looked up desks online that were like mine and found them for hundreds of dollars more.The staff went above and beyond for me even though they dont deliver, 2 staff members saw I was disabled and used one of the staff members personal truck to deliver the desk to my apartment and helped me bring the desk into the apartment.The store was extremely clean and everything was well organized.I will definitely be a regular customer.Thank you so much!!!!!

Store was exceptionally clean. Cloths were very well cared for and employees were extremely nice and helpful. Glad that there is this store in my neighborhood. Prices were fantastic. Found clothing bargains. Looking forward to stopping in and seeing new stuff.

This used to be a good one to shop at BUT since their move to the new location on Pass Road the prices are FAR from reasonable for used&donated. Youll spend way too much time looking for a bargain here. Wait for their 50% off days.

Today I met the sweetest lady in store#239, her name is Gabby Lestrade, from the time I walked in till the time I exited the store, she was so helpful . I felt so blessed to have gotten that quality of service, you just don’t get that very much these days.

They do a good job cleaning up donated stuff for resale, every now and then I can find a small treasure that has bee donated. Every one is friendly the staff is helpful, I can always find a Hawaiian shirt or two in the mix. Just like going to a bunch of yard sales at the same time except its air conditioning instead of heat. Plus the money goes to goodwill.

Good Grief! Who prices their items??? I think they think its Macys or something. I went in looking for some old frames and some were priced at $75. I dont think they were that much when they were new 25 years ago! Seriously get someone else to price your items if you want to sell anything!

The prices and quality for the children clothing are great. Plus, theres never a long line, and the employee are very nice. Most of them have been there for years.

Didnt find what I was looking for, but I do understand things come and go which is not in their control.The overall store was very clean and associates were very nice. I would return periodically to check for different items.

This goodwill store does not do pick ups even though there website says they can come to your home. I will be submitting a complaint because that is ridiculous especially if you state that someone can come as long you give them ample time which I have done. They only accept donations at their designated donation pick up location.

Very neat and organized. I was very disappointed they were closing at 4 today they are usually open. Til 6 pm. They couldnt tell me why they were closing early so I didnt have time to shop.

Very kind n helpfull.they save a gas can for me .i call they said they had only one, i ask them to hole it for me n they di.the price a little high.

Excellent staff in the stores, BUT sadly, poor decisions made by the Goodwill Corporate offices have removed many of the things that made ALL the Gulf Coast Goodwills such a pleasure to visit. They have taken away nearly all books(except in Dieberville), ALL jewelry(both costume and more expensive), furniture, nicer clothes such as Miss Me jeans, etc to the new Edgewater Mall store. I guess they have high hopes of making lots of money in this higher end Goodwill store. Sadly, they have shot themselves in the foot with loyal customers who have frequented their many great stores by removing many of the items that make thrifting so enjoyable. Ive spoken with fellow customers who have visited the NEW Edgewater Goodwill, and without exception, theyve ALL said, its overpriced and they would never shop it again. Hopefully Goodwill Corporate will wake up and realize that books, jewelry, furniture, clothing, etc are important treasures to have in EVERY Goodwill store and that they value their customer base enough to listen to their desires, otherwise Americas Thrift Store, Salvation Army, and other small thrift shops will reap the benefits of loyal shoppers. Good prices on most things. One of the few Goodwills with larger clothes.

I am sure that GW just dont get it anymore. Look, they get the stuff for free and charge way to much for the used stuff. I wonder why the stores are overflowing? Get the prices down, sell more at reasonable reduced prices any becuase you get it FREE, GW will still make enough to train, and pay their staff. Get with it GW. SA will beat you out of business!
