The office staff is always friendly and customer service oriented. We had one issue with one technician. However, it was immediately taken care of. Stark has always treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer.

Tyler is outstanding and always provides quality service. No insects or bugs seen at all in our home! And we live in a heavily wooded area where you would expect to see some creepy crawlers. But they take care of us and are reasonably priced.

Positive experience from first phone call to first pest control treatment. Professional and courteous, answering questions and providing options. Service tech arrived on time, wore booties to protect flooring, explained treatments and worked quickly. Have signed up for first years service. Very satisfied with first experience.

The techs where very polite and efficient. They answered any questions I had. I was supposed to I believe be set up on 3 months in a row. I asked and they set me up on a 4th month before going quarterly.

Stark exterminators did a great job removing an active termite infestation and tried to help me with the ants that followed, but they failed with the ants and did no notice termite damage right where I was pointing for 4 years, costing me thousands of dollars and nearly losing the sale of my home.

Stark Exterminators are professionals who can be counted on to do the job right. They are pet conscience so their chemicals are not harmful. They treat the tenants in my rental property with respect and are flexible in arranging appointments. Prices are reasonable and I would recommend Stark Exterminators to all home or business owners.

He was very professional yet understanding of my situation. John deserves a 5 star review.

When I first moved to the area I used another well known company. What a waste of time. Not only does Stark do a better job and I have zero bug issues BUT they were cheaper than the other company! Cant go wrong with that logic....also I always get the same gentleman to come spray. Would highly recommend them for general exterminating but for termite contract too. 👍

Always ask if we have had any problems with pests and always tell us, if we have any problems with pests before the next spray to let them know. They will come out and respray, but we have never needed them to do this. Highly recommend them.
