We had gone for our wedding rings. The staff was very friendly and we great. They helped us pick out the perfect set.

As soon as we walked in the Edgewater branch Christina greeted us with a smile and proceeded to help us. Christina was very professional and the most knowledgeable. We were impressed! After going to 4 other jewelry stores none compared dealing with Christina. Cinda & I purchased the engagement ring and will be back for the wedding band. The staff at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. They help us with everything from sizing to payment and explained everything that we needed to know.

Noticed a manager Kelly being very rude to a customer at this location. Because of this.. I skipped buy my engagement ring from this store even though I planned on spending thousands of dollars towards your business.It’s poor customer service when you see management treating their employees like children.Why would I trust my customer service would be taken care of if she can’t even treat her employees correctly.

If I could give them a rating of less than 0 I would. My son received a bracelet as a gift and had to take it in for sizing and to have some links removed because it was a bit large. He took it in on 06/07/2018 and was told it would be ready 06/22/2018. It was not they said probably another week. It was not ready then either and this time he was told they had to order another bracelet. It is now 07/10/2018 and yet again we were told it’s not ready because they have to order a part. Customer service in both the Biloxi Store and the customer service call center has been extremely unhelpful and my son is still without his bracelet 33 days later.

The Staff is very polite and the manager will go the extra mile to treat you like a personal friend in getting items sent off to get sized and cleaned. I just moved to Biloxi and have always used Zales . We will use this location for future purchases for the customer service alone.

My wifes wedding ring was purchased at a Zales in Puyallup, Washington back in 2004. Last week (14 years after purchase) a prong broke and one of the diamonds fell out. She found the missing diamond and I brought the ring, the loose diamond, and all the original paperwork to the zales in Biloxi. I was not expecting much in terms of warranty for a 14 year old item and was actually bracing myself for a negative experience. However, I arrived and was helped by a very friendly and professional young lady named Katie. Katie needed some information from the original receipt but was having trouble because the receipt was so faded from age. Katie spent 20 minutes on her computer patiently looking up old phone numbers and addresses in an effort to find my original purchase in the system. After a great deal of effort on her part, she found the purchase and also identified that I purchased the extended warranty for this ring. Upon discovering this, Katie immediately informed me that the ring would be covered by the warranty and will be sent off for repairs at no cost. She even printed out new copies of my receipt and warranty information in case I need them in the future. Katie truly went above and beyond what I expected. I thanked her for doing so much on my behalf and she replied, your welcome, I just try to treat others how I want to be treated. Wow! Katie gets it! Zales, hang on to Katie and personnel like her, she is the reason I keep my business with zales when making purchases in the highly competitive jewelry market.

Terrible customer service. I sent my ring off to be repaired, never got a phone call saying they had it back. When I called to check on it all I got was excuses and that they did have it. They wouldnt tell me how long they had it back either. Will not be using them again ever.
