I just love TCS, Melissa and Rudy are our agents and working with them has made our DOT experience a lot easier, we no longer fear when we receive an email or a call from DOT. They truly care about what you need and will go above and beyond to make sure we have all the factual information. TCS has changed the DOT game in our company. Every person they have customer-facing is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and efficient in getting any requests or questions taken care of. The company I work for was an audit magnet because of disorganization and a lack of understanding of required rules and regulations; TCS has completely changed the way we operate and has made us so much better and more confident in our knowledge. We received word of an audit and TCS jumped right in and took over getting all of the paperwork together and traveled to our office to sit in on the audit to answer all questions in the correct manner; this has lessened our stress internally and financial output for fines and random consultants. Their drug and alcohol testing program runs like a top with Eric being the master of his domain; he fields several calls a week from my staff and always has the answer for us. Melissa is a powerhouse when it comes to compliance and customer service; she takes great care of us and it feels like we are her only client, even though that is far from true. If youre on the fence about TCS, I recommend taking the plunge. They will equip you with all of the knowledge necessary to confidently move forward once youve learned everything you can from them.

Its ok for them to not do there job and when you dont pay them for not doing there job they will send you to a collections company and try to sue beware you can do everything they can offer there sales tactics are what draws you in and its a big lie
