Sit down and grab a cup of coffee...Im about to tell you a story. 9 months ago, while stationed overseas in the United Kingom, my wife and I made the decision to retire from the U.S. Air Force and settle down in Gulfport, MS. We began the search for a home and found the situation extremely difficult from half way across the world and during a pandemic. 6 months ago, a good friend of ours guided us towards Hilary Spragio of Fidelis Realty.Hilary has been an absolute superstar during our house hunting adventure! Even with a 5 hour time difference, Hilary would video chat with us as she toured different houses for us. Almost daily! She treated us like family even though we had never met. Ultimately she helped us find a perfect new build home with DR Horton. As the house was being built she took pictures and videos for us every week. We felt like we were walking beside her every step of the way. As we moved across the world, Hilary took care of us and put our minds at ease and helped us move into our forever home. Her help didnt stop at closing, either! She still checks on us to make sure everything is good with the house and our family.
