Such a great place to have in the neighborhood. Very clean and convenient, so easy to set up and clean up. I would highly recommend it for any small party or event

Its a decent little place tucked away in a big neighborhood. The place is right under $30 for rental. A kitchen, with fridge, stovetop, microwave, plenty of outlets, and they keep chairs and tables there.

Great priced facilities. We had a birthday party here for a reason my 3 year old. We did not get to use it because of the weather but there is a nice playground on the same grounds.
